Welcome back. Last time I finally vanquished the evil childhood friend broom Houki and now we will watch idol shows for fun but without profit.

Head

Hair
Ran has dark brown hair. Not too dark but still enough, and the shade is pretty great anyway. She also has long hair but never blocks ass, not that the series has pervy stuff most often. And before this gets forgotten must mention too how Aikatsu has really beautiful elaborate hair movement, with all the girls looking gorgeous from that always. The chosen picture accurately display this too for that really helps out. Ran only has one issue here and is the parted bangs, shifted towards the left and not proper blunt bangs. Still look nice and recognizable though. Overall the beautiful blade also has quite the beautiful mane seems like.
Grade: A-

Eyes
Ran has lovely purple eyes. The color is great and also is for funny reasons her image color meaning she often wears clothes colored purple and that looks wonderful. The shape is tsurime but nothing too extreme there, though still good. She has eyelashes, but outside the official art luckily the eyelashes pass unnoticed. And lest we forget this note Ran wears glasses for disguise reasons since that apparently became regular idol behavior recently. Nothing wrong with that since usually the glasses are thick and look great. Amazing eyes overall.

Body

Build
Ran looks amazing and sexy. Too bad she lacks measurements except for the height, being first 158cm and becoming eventually 163cm though models are usually tall girls and thus this does not hurt way too much. Every girl grew 5cm because lazy artists. That aside Ran has impressive looks, having small breasts and slender stomach like most girls from little girl anime often have and hence that scores pretty high. She also has alright legs and decent lower body but the backside needs more. Ass woes aside Ran stands really impressive; small wonder she fits the sexy idol type apparently.
Grade: A-

Butt
Ran sadly lacks awesome bun. There are minor shots like training in the sweaters and in the changing machine, but nothing like Yurika getting hot buns or even the time Ichigo entered that cake unexpectedly ages ago. Also once Raichi took photos from her ass among normal and regular pics. Still more than some shows have, but nothing helpful.
Grade: C-

Clothes
Ran has some nice variety here. First was the Starlight Academy usual school uniform, with the blue blazer and white skirt looking nice. The red ribbons helps there too, but wearing just socks sucks and needs pantyhose instead. Then there is the training sweater, white and in this case purple since seems each girl gets one with their main color featured. Many other costumes have been featured since the series was long, nothing overly sexy but everything good. For last her brand was Spicy Ageha and looks good, all frilly and purple and stuff. Sorry case this short description sounds like slacking from going into detail, but the point is there were many costume featured and all were nice and without issues. Either way I approve very much.
Grade: B+

Mind

Personality
Ran was the serious tsundere idol from the series. She joined Starlight Academy basically because to turn into quite the supermodel someday. Sadly early she was the team Yamcha and always lost horribly during auditions; there was once she and Yurika were the focus with awesome performances and yet still Ichigo and Otome won from doing something random once. Luckily the writers eventually took pity from that and Ran won the Tristar auditions thus she could form unit with the great Mizuki the current top idol back then. She eventually declined from this unit but because instead formed the Soleil unit with Ichigo and Aoi the main girls and best friends. Soleil kept having more jobs included the nationwide tour, and thankfully Ran got over the poor start and finally received better treatment from the series. Aside from some dumb moments around, like missing the Top 10 popular idols and being #13 under two nobodies. That was lame. But overall the series did compensate for the rather weak start.

The only weak part here though. Ran basically is tsundere like said, but the cute kind that has problems admitting that she likes being with the main girls and doing silly and wacky stuff. That also does mean being the straight man whenever Ichigo pulls something absurd. That aside she always acted reasonably, never taking fuss over small things or other bad tsundere things since this show was too awesome for that. For miscellaneous data she likes yogurt and vegetable sticks, dislikes eating grilled fish because bones, main skills are walking and posing, and finally the idol aura are butterflies though not strange. Overall very solid and real likable all over, small wonder Ran remained the best idol for the entire series and the awesome new series until now.
Grade: A-

Libido
Ran lacks romance because idols. Thankfully the fans save the day, though mostly with yuri and cuteness. The most popular Ran couple naturally is fellow tsundere Yurika for the duo shared many fun and silly moments and grew from the early disdain to great appreciation instead. Then comes Sora because rival romance. Other choices like Aoi and Otome are less popular, but still have fans and all that usual stuff. Also note for Yurika and Sora that fans list Ran first for these, thus implying she leads the relationship. Not really complaining.
Grade: C+

Age
Ran actually ages plenty during the series for once. She starts 13 and eventually becomes 17 when the series finally ended out. I would score this lower but she never changed physically and thus will score more generously. That said Ran spent more time in middle school than in high school and that helps too. Also all her love interests are the same age. Finally note her birthday awesomely falls exactly the same day Topaz was born for even more awesome. That was the 3rd of August case not sure.
Grade: A

Voice
Ayaka Ohashi sounds cute but serious and fits Ran just fine overall. Sunao Yoshikawa handles the singing parts quite well. Also note Ran became known for questioning the latest bizarre and amusing idea that wacky Ichigo came with was really worth being Aikatsu and also she went from using “watashi” for the feminine “atashi” somewhere along the line for cuteness.
Grade: B+
