Rosa has light blonde hair. The color is alright but nothing that special either. Note that because of sprite palette limitations she has brown or white hair in the SNES game and those colors are better though not considered for this score. The ponytail hairstyle is nothing special but works okay for her for some reason. The tiara and headband help nicely. For the sequel she lets her hair down and naturally improves slightly. Overall seems Rosa does decent enough despite looking not that inspiring first.

Rosa has light blue eyes. Not the best color and combined with blonde only makes things worse, but not terrible. The problem is the realistic art style official art uses looks not that cute and eyes are the most afflicted there. Note that she originally had brown eyes but got poorly retconned into the blue ones, hence the score.

Going from official art nothing stands out positively or negatively quite sadly. She has modest breasts but also not outstanding thighs. That said not being offensive beats having issues easily.

Rosa needs better shots for this but the 3D model kinda helps. Thank goodness for not long capes.

The first is the original game costume and is basically this white and yellow bustier with oddly detached white sleeves, shoulder pads cape, blue bottom with sadly another pareo, sexy white PANTYHOSE for some balance, and blue boots sadly with heels. The pantyhose saves this costume for otherwise ends average. Note that in the original game she wears green or red leotards and the cape only, plus shoes naturally. For the sequel she wears this ample white dress and looks surprisingly conservative though guess motherhood and queenhood caused that change. Speaking about queens she can equip femdom gear too, but sadly the sprite remains unchanged. Guess the competent unexpected variety saves the day again.

Personality
Rosa comes from Baron and is the devoted childhood friend and lover from Cecil the main character. She cares so much she learned white magic to heal him and other support. But despite working properly things never come out alright, first with her developing the terrible Desert Fever and needing help and then with Golbez rather randomly capturing her because girlfriend kidnapping totally must happen for all classic villains did that anyway, Bet that Bowser would feel proud. She was eventually saved from being cut or crushed and then stuck on the party the whole time helping the heroes stay strong. Aside from this brief moment where Cecil goes sexist and tells the girls to stay in the kitchen before the final battle, but luckily the girls ignored that. The sequel has too many characters but still gives some Rosa focus with saving Cecil from the bland broken new villainess. She was also needed for the Dark Knight forced boss fight, helping again Cecil and being the awesome reliable wife all heroes want. Because between games they got married and children and became royalty, that matters too.
Reliable lovers are always rather welcome. Rosa here is pretty good too, despite having some issues from the simplistic writing classic games had anyway. Despite that I quite liked the hard work and devotion since not many girls feel this caring and loving after all. She also helps Rydia get over trauma, showing better her caring helpful side. For some reason fans consider her weak and pathetic though that comes from people exaggerating her issues and ignoring all her also existing positives. That aside she does fights well, having awesome healing magic along with some useful buffs and useless status ailments. She only learns one damaging magical spell and comes late, but hits hard. Besides that she can use staffs and bows, and actually she trained bows first and learned the healing magic later for Cecil like already said. Staffs improve healing magic and bows hit decently hard, though the original game has arrows work like ammo and some find that rather annoying. And for the bows there was Aim that ensures she never will miss. And finally Prayer only restores some HP but in the remake also cures some MP and that rocks. Add some nice equips and decent health points and overall seems that Rosa is quite the solid and useful party member.

Libido
Rosa does well this since as said her main trait is her devotion for Cecil and that works out pretty well. She ends getting married with children or rather child and that helps too. Also relevant here infamous rumors claimed that the Japanese version implied she and Cecil sleep together but nothing like that exists. She can Teleport directly into his room any time, which never hurts.

Age
Rosa sadly has issues for blog with this being 19 and thus slightly over the ideal. The sequel making her aged 36 was not helping. Not that this matters outside blogs, but consistency good.
