Usually don't rate childhood anime or short OVA.
1,2: Absolute shit
3: Really bad
4: Overall bad but at least a few positive points
5: Negatively average (often no major flaws but pretty dull)
6: Fine, every anime starts at this point
7: Rather good, don't regret having spent my time watching this anime
8: Very good, has the spark that makes it stand out from the other animes
9,10: Excellent
