This is the Two-hundred-and-eighty-third week of using the "Perfect Anime Girl Sheet". Notice: This Blog may contain Unmarked Spoilers.

Welcome back everyone. Now, if you missed last week, you're probably wondering why I'm currently in a knife fight with a busty green-haired girl. It seems that Catnip, an opponent I didn't know about, tricked me into this building with promises of meganekkos. However, Koneko and Hikage, this girl, were waiting in ambush. Ririchiyo managed to defeat Koneko, along with some of my summons, but Hikage has struck me with an ability-binding knife. Now, I have to wait for reinforcements from Riri, but I'm not sure how long I can last against Hikage...

Hikage: ...Are you done yet.

I suppose that's a good summary of last week, yes. Thank you for allowing me to do that before you start attacking me again.

Hikage: You're going to die all the same anyway...

*Hikage spins her knife around in her fingers before getting into a battle stance. She then charges at Topaz. He barely avoids her attack by jumping to the ground for cover.*

Phew, that was a close one! And as you can tell...



Hikage: .... I feel special, somehow...

Well, there's a chance that images have started working, thanks to a add-on I installed.

Hikage: I see then... Don't think that this means I won't stop attacking...

*Topaz swallows with a gulp.*

Head
Hair: Hikage's hair is unfortunately short, not even reaching her shoulders. At least most of the time, I mean. The style itself is a sort of bob cut, being wider at the bottom of her head. Sadly while she does have fair bangs they're not a hime cut (like a true bob cut would be). Her sides do cover her ears, though. Finally, her hair is a bright-ish green color.
I'm on the fence for her hair. On one hand, being short and a sort of bright color doesn't really appeal to me. On the other hand her hair style really suits her personality. The disheveled look shows her apathetic side, the way it curves reminds me of a cobra's hood, and the fact that she looks a lot like Yuuka Kazami from Touhou shows the side of her that's some what psychotic.
Grade: C+

Eyes: For me, Hikage's eyes are probably her worst area, but again I'm on the fence for them. They're narrow, which is nice, and have a strong tsurime most of the time. The shape of her eyes are fine though. What I have a problem with are her pupils and eye color. You see, I'm not a big fan of gold eyes, and while Hikage might be more "amber" she still counts. Not only that, but her pupils are snake-like meaning that they're somewhat slit-like. I'd say that if Hikage didn't fit her eyes so well they'd be my least favorite (as I'm not fond of slit-pupils).
While sadly missing from the anime, though understandably so, it's possible to put Hikage in glasses in the game. Scratch that, put Hikage in glasses (and all the other girls, too). Do be careful as the black framed pair have tinted lenses, though.
Grade: C

Face: Hikage is mainly emotionless, but she does get a few nice smirks or a surprise blush here or there. I'll explain more about that later on, but do know that she's a nice-looking girl. Her face is framed nicely with her hair, and the soft-looking art style does wonders. She also has a small-ish nose, which is a plus. She even uses a finger smile, a common feature of a lot of emotionless girls. One minus is that she does use her tongue a lot, doing things like licking her lips or her knife. Now, I know she's a trained professional, but the second thing is something I have a pet peeve (as it's possible to hit a vein in the tongue that makes you bleed out). Overall she's nice, but that tongue thing bothers me.
Grade: B+

Hikage: So you wouldn't want me to use my tongue then?

Well..... *adverts eye contact.*

*Hikage takes the opportunity to strike while he's distracted. She sends him flying upward with a kick and then into a support pillar. Pieces of building materials fall down, including a rather long metal pipe. Topaz takes 25 damage.*

Hikage: Now to deal the final blow!

*Hikage charges the defenseless Topaz, but he manages to pick up the pipe and block her attack. He barely holds on with both hands, his mind wandering on how Riri is doing...*

===Meanwhile===

*Riri searches around for a place to safely drop Koneko. To avoid suspicion she runs into an alley, but that proves to be a bad idea as her prisoner awakens and grabs Riri's throat.*

Koneko: So you think you could just dispose of me anywhere? My demon powers are much stronger than yours. Even if I'm weaker now, I just had to wait for the opportunity to present itself.

Riri: HACK HACK... Please...*cough* someone, help me...

*As Riri fades out of consciousness, she sees a twintailed girl leap down from the rooftop to save her, but doesn't get a good look.*

Body
Build: Hikage has a VERY nice and somewhat special body. She's 160 cm tall and her measurements are 85-57-85. Out of ALL the girls from the first game and Burst she's the ONLY one that isn't bustier than her hips. In fact, they're the same size! Not only that, but she shares her measurements with Ritsuko, though the idol is 3 cm shorter. Unfortunately though this doesn't mean that her butt is as jiggly as say, Hibari's or Haruka's. At least in the first game as the Shinovi Versus transformation shows her butt being jiggly. Overall she has a great hourglass figure, and with that she also has a shapely navel and meaty thighs. Do realize that the aired series does censor her bare butt, though. Finally, while I'm not fond of them do know that she has a black snake tattoo on her left breast and hip plus another tattoo on her left leg.
Grade: A

Breasts: Hikage's chest is large and perky. Like a lot of girls in the series, and she's also very bouncy as well. It's possible that she could be considered "fake-looking" but I don't think of such things. She is an E-cup though, and her chest measurement is 85 cm as said before. Overall she has a nice chest but the only thing she does with it is drop ice cream on it in a card. She also doesn't show her nipples, as Senran Kagura isn't that type of series, but overall she has a great chest.
Grade: A

Clothes: In my opinion, Hikage has the worst shinobi outfit in Burst (excluding the hidden characters-WHY CAN'T I PLAY AS SUZUNE *cough*). It consists of a barely worn extremely yellow shirt with black stripes that exposes her stomach and is only worn on one shoulder, unbuttoned jean pants with her fly open (and unfastened belt), and leather constricts on her arms and lower legs. Both her shirt and pants have slashes in them, presumably from Hikage herself. Overall it looks disheveled to me and not in the good way; about the only nice thing about it is that it shows off her body well (including her cleavage) but otherwise I dislike the design. Bleh, I say. Under it she wears a yellow patterned strapless bikini, but I prefer the one used in the anime and future games as it's more supportive (but still offers a diamond cleavage window). She also always wears a black choker around her neck.
But it is in the other outfits that Hikage does well. Except for Katsuragi's open shirt as that's not supportive in the least (though I do envy the tie). The two uniforms for Hebijo are really nice looking I think. The one shown in the anime is the summer uniform (I think) and consists of a black sailor uniform with some red frills around the collar and sleeves, a necktie, a matching skirt, and thighhighs. The only problem with hers in particular is that Hikage "altered" it like her shinobi outfit so the top is really short (ending just under her chest) and has slashes in it. The winter uniform consists of a brown cardigan over a white shirt with a red bow tie and a grey skirt. In the game you see her in a white dress, symbolizing purity no doubt (and you get it as an outfit later on). Speaking of in-game outfits, these include a sleeping shirt, a bunny outfit (with pantyhose), a towel, an armored bikini, a magical girl outfit, a miko's uniform, and a maid. That's just Burst too, so I assume that the others have an even larger selection! Finally, New Wave, the card game, gave her a few other outfits. These include a maid-waitress, a naked apron (if only they could show her butt though), a gym uniform with red buruma, and another outfit with spats. it would be better if they showed off her butt more, though. Also, to cheer Mirai up at one point, Hikage shows her string-like panties and offers to give them to her sad friend, but sadly we don't see Hikage wearing them.
Grade: B-

Hikage: I don't see what's wrong with my outfit. It lets me move around quite well.

If you mean "move around" to be "gives back problems due to your large chest" then sure...

*Hikage glares at Topaz before slashing at him with her knife. Fortunately he's able to block her attacks with his pipe. *

Hikage: You're quite skilled...

Hikage: ...Naruto?

No, other series.

Hikage: Good...

I bet that you dislike Naruto, considering you badmouthed Yukikaze last week for her bright costume.

Hikage: That... and I keep thinking they're talking about me.

That is a fair point...

*The two continue to slash and block each other in combat. Topaz occasionally gets glances down Hikage's very open shirt. Meanwhile, Riri awakens on a couch.*

Riri: Where am I?

Twintail girl: Don't worry, you're safe now. We brought the villain to justice and now she's recovering in a hospital. Just a few rooms over, in fact. I was waiting for you to wake up to see that you're alright, but now that you are I'll be leaving.

*Ririchiyo tugs on the girl's arm.*

Riri: Wait, I might be alright, but I don't know if Topaz is. He's fighting a snake-like girl with a knife!

Twintail girl: Hebijo is up to its old tricks again? Good, I was looking for a fight. Lead the way.

*Riri hops on the girl's back and they leap out the window like ninjas.*

Riri: So what, are you going to swing your sidetails really fast to deflect attacks?

Twintail girl: I imagine you're thinking of someone else...

Riri: You do look like her, though I guess the one I was thinking of doesn't have an eyepatch.

*The two girls head towards Topaz and Hikage as the blog continues.*

Mind
Personality: As you can tell, Hikage is an emotionless girl. Though when I say "emotionless" it's more like she's unaware that she's showing emotions. The girls try to get her to laugh though it doesn't work and she's confused by people crying. She even compares herself to a cicada husk at times, saying that there's nothing on the inside. She has cried twice in the game as far as I remember, both at moments of great loss. You see, as a child she escaped from an orphanage and grew up with a street gang. She was close friends with Hinata, the leader, in a nearly mother-daughter-type relationship. Hinata was eventually killed, marking one of the moments Hikage cries (though she doesn't know why her eyes are leaking, but she does have a pain in her body from it). Her weapon, a survival knife is a memento from her former master. Unfortunately the anime portrayed her as a child soldier instead, though they probably didn't want to get into it when she's a "villain".
What she DOES enjoy is fighting though. She's a snake-like and feral fighter, and even one of her special attacks looks like she's possessed by a demon. I do like using her as she has an easy way of sending the opponent upward and combo-ing them to death (or damaging them at least). She's also at least considerate of her allies and backs them up (even if she needs to be beaten to realize how great friends are). She's also unmotivated most of the time, lazing about or sleeping. She doesn't even help cook with the other girls in the second ED (though her slithering action during the Dekamori video is funny xD).
Hikage is voiced by Ryoko Shiraishi, who did the voices for Hayate from Combat Butler and Kaede from Negima (hey, another ninja!). She does a great voice for Hikage, giving her a kansai accent while keeping her emotions limited through a deep-sounding voice. I have a bad time describing voice, but do know that I really like Hikage's. She also uses "Washi" to describe herself, a word usually reserved for older people, but it compares to Katsuragi using "Atai".
Grade: A-

Libido: Hikage really doesn't show many emotions, let alone "libido". It's not really shown off either. I'd say that Katsuragi, her rival, is the most likely partner. This is shown off in certain win dialogues in Versus that show Hikage wanting to pay her back with fondles. I could also see Hikage being paired up with Yomi as they are oddly close, though that might just be because Yomi knows Hikage will listen to her rattle on about bean sprouts.
Grade: C

Age: Unfortunately, unlike the other third-year students, Hikage is only seventeen. She was born in September (the ninth, to be exact) so that's possibly the reason why.

Hikage: Hmmm, it seems I'm a much better character than Rice was last week.

For numerous reasons, no doubt. At least for me.

Hikage: And at least you finished your blog in time to be defeated...

*Topaz holds out the metal pipe to defend himself, but Hikage uses both hands to break it in half. She then tackles him, sitting on his face for a better stab.*

Oh, soft! So springy!

Hikage: Huh? Why are you rubbing your face against my jeans?

*Hikage glares at Topaz and sighs.*

Hikage: Time to die!

*Hikage stabs Topaz.*
