Hair
Haruka’s hair is a light brown color, though some images wrongly make her blonde. If she was it wouldn’t be as bad as other cases, as she has some ojou traits like the laugh or, more relevantly, her hairstyle. See, Haruka has two “rolls” on the sides of her hair, giving her a very ojou look that I personally adore! She also has a big ribbon on front of her hair that looks adorable, in a nice clash with her sadistic personality. As a note, in the games you can give her other hair accessories and in at least the PSP game other hairstyles too! There’s a wide variety of them, but since I couldn’t find pics it only helps so much. Still, nice they give you so much customization!
Grade: B
Eyes
Drats, green eyes. That said it’s a nice shade of green at least, plus it goes with her hair in a way. Haruka is the kind of character who always has her eyes half-closed as well, which goes with her dommy personality too. Finally, in the games you can give her GLASSES, which includes RED glasses! Not thick, but noticeable enough to help!

Build
Haruka’s body is kind of problematic. First, at 169 cm she’s the second tallest girl in the cast, though this isn’t that bad since it fits her dommy personality. The problem comes with her measurements. See, Haruka’s canon three sizes are 99/55/88. Why yes, that’s a huge gap between chests and hips. There are a few problems here: First she has the second freaking biggest breasts on an already overly busty cast, and the girl who beats her only does so by 1 cm while having 10 cm bigger hips and in fact some of the biggest hips I’ve ever seen! Second, despite the above Haruka is meant to be one of two ASS characters, so giving her the biggest gap on a series where girls only have breasts equal or larger than their hips is rather appalling. Then again the girl with the second biggest gap is Hibari the other ass girl and she has the by far second smallest hips, so at this point I just threw my hands up and decided to disregard measurements since they made fuck all sense and were clearly more or less filled at random. I mean, they always are, but this was a really bad case. Anyway, on the actual ranking Haruka has actually a nice body aside from her chest. And still, sure, it’s large, you can tell it’s the largest, but it’s not like it’s extremely oversized for anime standards and it’s not like most of the cast isn’t busty either, so she doesn’t stand out as much as some other cases. Why yes, Sena, I meant you, Miss 44 Points. The rest of her body is pretty nice tho, with special attention to her exposed legs, as they are thick and meaty for anime standards and look VERY nice. Whoever receives a kick from her is lucky! Overall Haruka looks fairly good for a “busty” girl, but seriously, those measurements are terrible.

Her ass, however, is the panacea to all these problems! Sure, going by measurements Haruka’s ass isn’t the biggest, in fact she’s not even top 3 of the original girls, but who the hell cares when you can tell her ass is BIG. Not only is big, but it’s also FLABBY and it jiggles! Not in the anime sadly, but in the games her ass actually jiggles when she transforms, something no one else except the other butt girl gets, and it’s a pretty nice jiggle. More importantly, there’s the famous advertising video for one of the games that had Haruka and Hibari having an EPIC SKY BUTT SUMO FIGHT, which also showed Haruka’s tiny thong ripping and her cheeks jiggling generously. It was magical and from the second I saw this I knew Haruka would be my fav girl. Oh yeah, she wears a thong in her NORMAL costume, it’s her only non-footwear clothing from the waist down in fact! Sadly when her clothes break and her swimsuit shows up the bottom isn’t a thong, boo. Yeah, I dunno how she wears a regular bikini bottom under the thong, maybe it’s wedged deep in her cheeks, lucky thing. Oh, and the video wasn’t just for kicks, she DOES have ass attacks. Sadly I couldn’t find video proof of one of them in the games but I know she has them, and in the anime she handily defeats Hibari with one such butt attack, and then, get this, SHE SITS ON HER! Sadly it wasn’t on her face but on her back, and not for horse play either, but hey, it was still a VERY sexy scene and far better than most shows have! Oh, and Haruka IS recognized as a butt girl by fans, mostly thanks to said video but in general she gets some nice assy fanart; sadly pics focus more on her chest, but compared to her fellow characters only the other assy girl does better in that regard and that’s because she’s more famous! Overall Haruka is easily one of the best assy girls out there.

Haruka has quite a few costumes. Her school uniform is a generic sailor one, but it’s a rather dark shade of blue with a red neckerchief so it could be worse. Her ninja costume is far more interesting however: It consists of a white lab coat because she’s the scientist of the team, a rather tight pink top with a cleavage window I don’t care for and seems to change size depending on the artist, and A THONG. I know, I mentioned the thong in the ass section already, but come on, it’s a thong! Sadly you can’t always see it because of her lab coat, Matabei she is not, but still. However, what makes Haruka a force to be reckoned with is the games, as she can equip MANY different costumes and pieces of clothing there. Of course, this includes several of my favorites like school swimsuits, gym uniforms, maid and naked apron! Well, it’s not “naked” because she wears her thong, but considering how unfair the censorship is in the PSP Vita game this might be actually for the better. I believe this even includes the costumes of other characters, so you can even put her in Mirai’s gothloli costume. Well, not exactly Mirai’s because then the top would burst and the bottom would become a tight miniskirt, but you get the idea. Sure, this is less Haruka’s merit and more her game’s, but still, it works for her!

Personality
Haruka is one of the main “villains” of Senran Kagura. Like pretty much ALL females in this series she has a sad past, in her case her stepmother treated her as a dressing doll and nothing more, basically she grew in a broken family. Ironically her main ability is controlling generic enemies puppets, which fits her dommy personality. She CAN use that skill on people I think, but she’s forbidden to do so. She’s also a mad scientist and uses her potions in battle as well. She even has a move that is totally ZA WARUDO and is in fact called The World Is Mine in English! Furthermore she’s unarguably the dommy and sadistic one as I’ve said before, making her more attractive! Despite this she’s also sweet and caring, being like the “older sister” of the group who cares for others and makes them feel better. In short, she’s basically a sweet and sexy domdere!
Grade: A+
Haruka: So you like girls that beat you up and then hug you sweetly.

Chiaki: That’s the closest to a reasonable thing I’ve heard all month.
Libido
As said Haruka is very sadistic. She’s clearly the “dommy” one of the group, her battle victory quote in the games is “You are my doll” and, well, just look at what I said about her sitting on Hibari! Oh, she even teases her anus in that very scene. And later she even seems most interested on bathing with her. Mind you, officially Haruka’s not a lesbian, apparently she’s just very gay for Hibari, which makes her way better for me. However, despite her sexiness there is a flaw: she apparently has a bit of a masochistic side hidden as well. Sadly I dunno if this is something awesome like enjoying having her fat ass spanked or something less appealing, so I’m wary. Still, she’s great!

Age
Unfortunately, Haruka ties Ikaruga with the oldest of the “main” girls at 18. It’s not that bad as others because she’s in high school still and we see her in flashbacks as a child, plus it fits her “caring” and “sadistic” sides as well, but still.

Megumi Toyoguchi has a cute voice, but she still gets Haruka’s domminess properly and she gets a pretty nice ojou laugh as an extra. Funny, coming from a VA that worked for like 200 episodes in Pokémon!

I agree that Haruka has a flabby ass. And I'm pretty sure they made her like that on purpose. However, even smaller girls like Asuka and Mirai have butt jiggle, so they're a bit flabby back there, too!
