Head

Hair
Red hair is fairly high on my preferences, so we’re off to a good start. Sadly, Minna’s hair style isn’t particularly appealing to me, though being kinda long and flowing it’s not bad either. For the record, her wolf ears and tail have brown fur, which isn’t bad as it goes well with her hair.
Grade: B+

Eyes
Red eyes are always beautiful. Red eyes in tsurime more so. On top of that they match her hair color. Damn, Minna’s eyes are AMAZING.
Grade: A+

Well, you have some of the prettiest eyes I’ve seen. All three of them!

Body

Build
At 165 cm tall Minna is a bit over my personal preferences in height, but not too bad. There are no other measurements, but she has the third biggest breasts in the army according to official charts. Why a butt-focused show only has chest charts and not ass ones, I’ll never understand. Anyway, aside from that setback Minna’s body is pretty impressive, especially her sexy legs. There’s one body part that is even sexier, but that comes later! In addition to her nice figure there are the wolf ears and tail she pulls out when using magic. Wolf ears-tail are probably my favorite or close to, so this is certainly a nice boon to her overall wondrous body!
Grade: B+

Butt
Minna’s ass is as beautiful as it is lethal! First, having her walk around in not-panties is already a good boon for this, and an early official art showing her bare butt didn’t hurt either. On top of that there was one scene of her clenching and unclenching her butt, which probably became the origin of the meme about Minna’s ass being strong enough to break chopsticks. Regardless, that meme is no doubt the reason for what is unarguably one of the greatest ass anime scenes of all time! I’m talking, of course, about the legendary scene where she kills a tiny Neuroi by accidentally squeezing it between her glorious buttcheeks. No doubt most viewers, myself included, felt really jealous of the lucky little guy who got to become so intimate with the Lieutenant’s wonderful backside. Dying part aside, of course. Sadly, despite this scene being simply breath-takingly delicious, her ass was basically ignored on the rest of the series and even in the otherwise butt-tastic movie, a shame since her buttocks themselves ARE fairly appealing. Mind, she got some buttshots, but not any more than the other girls did; Strike Witches is one of the few animes that remember men like female asses. Still, that scene alone makes her worthy of being among the greatest butt ladies of anime.
Grade: A-

Clothes
Military uniforms aren’t exactly my thing, but she easily makes up for it by virtue of walking around in no-panties. Said “pants” are a vivid burgundy color, which goes well with her sexy red hair. Other than that she wears a red cocktail dress for her famous singing scene. Like many characters, Minna benefits in this field from official art; most notably the image where she wears a Fuso uniform, meaning a school swimsuit! Her qipao and waitress images aren’t bad either. While not as impressive as others, Minna manages to do a nice job in this.
Grade: B+

Mind

Personality
To be honest Minna isn’t exactly my ideal, but it’s hard to define her in any negative way. She’s basically the “mother-older sister” of the team, taking care of others, worrying for them and working hard behind the scenes to ensure everything goes well. Because of this she had 199 kills for a long while, until her Ass of Neuroi Killing got her the 200th. She’s also the effective leader of the team and a person that respects and follows the rules, as she’d feel lost without them. In addition, she has a dream of singing, and if the war ever ends she’ll follow this dream. For those who care, she’s based Wolf-Dietrich Wilcke, a German WWII ace, and her special ability is the Byakugan. OK, so they don’t call it that, but it does the same things as the Byakugan! Not that this isn’t any useful for her, but still. Anyway, Minna might not be the usual quiet silent dommy girl I favor, but I wouldn’t mind being with a girl like her.
Grade: B-

Libido
Minna used to love a man named Kurt, which she admired like an older brother, until he died in the war. Aside from that there is the possibility Minna and Mio have a relationship, something that would make Perrine very sad. Aside from these things she seems fairly proper romance-wise, so nothing extraordinary one side or another.
Grade: C+

Age
Minna is forever 18 years old, says the meme. Sadly that isn’t the case; she still ages like everyone else and becomes 19 by the second season. Either way she’s a little higher than my usual standards for 2D girls, but she’s lovely regardless.
Grade: C+

Voice
Rie Tanaka is a good VA and a good singer, which she actually gets to show in the first season, as Minna herself wanted to become a singer. Unfortunately her singing is not precisely my personal preference, but it’s hard to deny it’s beautiful and she’s talented. Speaking of Rie Tanaka, her favorite Minna scene is the aforementioned Lethal Ass one. Probably because she’s not exactly lacking down there either.
Grade: B
