Well, it looks like I no longer have to help out the Touhou universe. Or at least Reimu kicked me out and doesn't seem that keen on letting me back in. I should also apologize for the last image as well, don't think of that being canon. Reimu was just using her attacks to "home in" on a few of my fetishes. I'll go back to Gensokyo someday, but for now I have a blog to do! First I have to think of a girl to do. After all, it's not like the answer is just going to fall out of the sky!

Well folks, it seems that today's girl isn't cooperative to my plans. Let's see what she's up to...

*Topaz goes back inside and soon sees a busty girl greedily eating a package of cookies*

Astraea, what did I tell you to do?

: Fwine fwenn! *swallows* Just don't forget that these are mine! Anyway, you told me to make a crater when I heard the signal. Then, just now, you said that I wouldn't fall out of the sky. You contradicted yourself, IDIOT! *Sticks tongue out*

That WAS the- eh, it's not worth the trouble. I suppose that we should get onto the blog.



That's right, much like last year I'm doing one of the angels from Sora no Otoshimono! Just as a warning though, I haven't been following the manga so my opinions of Astraea will mainly be from an anime-based position.

Head
Hair: Astraea's hair is long and blond. I usually don't like blond hair, but her's is alright. Not for the color (though it is a pretty color, it's not one of my normal tastes) but more so for the length and style. Her hair goes past her waist and is mostly flowing. She does have her hair tied slightly at the bottom with cute ribbons as well, with the ribbons having a twist-like style. Finally, she also has small wings attached to the tops of her ears. They have little stripes on them and further make her look like an angel (or angeloid, as the case may be).
Grade: B+

Eyes: To be fair to Astraea, her eyes are pretty. I like the shape and how big and expressive they are. They're usually a nice curved shape though on occasion she might narrow them in battle. That said, they ARE red. Astraea doesn't even have dark hair so the only excuse I could see is out. Her anime version is a bit better (when comparing with only the color manga images for balance) just because she has more black in her eye color. As for glasses, I suppose she does wear goggle-like glasses in her "Big Delta" outfit. The less we talk about that the better though...

Face: Much like I said back in Ikaros's blog the art style for Sora no Otoshimono's anime is one that I really enjoy. Astraea herself has a cute, if simple, face. You could almost say that her face is as simple as she is. Her face has a nice tinge of blush most of the time and she's usually very bright and cheerful as well. That said, I do find Astraea's face to be occasionally... off to say the least. Not that there's anything wrong with it, but it looks a bit simple when she's only smiling. What I mean is that when she has just a smile (and her mouth isn't open) she'll occasionally look like her mouth is too small for her face. It looks too V or U-like.

Body
Build: Again I'll say that I like SnO's art style. The girls look so sexy and smooth-looking everywhere. Some people don't like that, but I think it makes the girls look softer. Like I said in Ikaros's blog though, Astraea is an Angeloid meaning she's questionably synthetic. Much like Ikaros, Astraea also has large feathery wings. She's also very powerful, though she still has a feminine figure. Speaking of which, Astraea's body is DYNAMITE! No, not literally. I mean that her figure is nearly flawless; her measurements are 91-56-86 which means that she has a beautiful near-hourglass figure. Her other measurements are that she's 159 cm tall and weighs 48 kg. Because her outfit shows off her stomach I should mention that hers is fine as well. While she's not as well known by her butt, it is very plump looking and she's deserving of the nickname of ASS-traea at times. That said, the very reason that she's known for is...

Breasts: Indeed, her large, 91 cm breasts. Astraea is a VERY busty and bouncy girl. It's a hard choice between her and Ikaros just because Astraea is such a bombshell. Oh, and I mentioned on Ikaros's blog that her chest was 114 cm, but in reality it's 88 cm (much more realistic, I suppose). And indeed, Astraea certainly flaunts her chest as well, much to my enjoyment. The only problem is that, while Astraea does have a beautiful chest, the series tends to focus on JUST her chest. The manga seems worse in this respect as well, but I can't say for certain. I may be a bust lover, but Astraea's body is wonderful that it should get known in it's entirety!

Clothes: Out of the Angeloids Astraea is probably the most likely to be in her angeloid outfit. It consists of a cleavage-showing top with shoulder pads, a miniskirt, and boots. Her whole outfit is a nice blue color as well. Occasionally she also has a shield which goes nicely with her sword weapon. Underneath is a pair of pure white panties.
As far as other outfits go, there's not all that many. She does wear the school uniform in official art but I can't remember if she does so in the series. It is a nice brown blazer though. She's also worn a bikini in official art and she's also worn the combination of T-shirts and low panties (she did this in an attempt to seduce the lead by becoming a girl in a magazine for him). Since we're discussing clothes though, I'll finish by talking about the "Masked Delta" outfit. While it's true that it is revealing, I'm not a fan of the top or bottom. The top more so though, it looks like Astraea can barely fit and her breasts are being constricted in a way they're not supposed to be. She doesn't even look properly supported, which is one of my pet peeves! The bottom looks to be a fundoshi, and while I appreciate the attempt to show off her butt I'm also not a fan of fundoshis. She also has a samurai wig as well.

Indeed, now let's continue to talk about them.

Mind
Personality: The first thing that people notice about Astraea is most likely-

: MY HUGE BOOBS! *jiggle*

*aheh* I mean, the first thing that people notice about Astraea's personality is her intelligence. You see, Astraea is a Delta Angeloid. This means that, while her combat actions are nearly flawless and she's able to show emotion, she's pretty much a ditzy clumsy girl.

: HEY! I am Smart! S-M-R-T! I mean, S-A-M-R-T!

Exactly, which is why you're such an airhead.

: HEY! Wait, what's an airhead?

Someone who likes to fly in the sky with her angeloid wings.

: That's totally me, I love flying around! I guess I am an airhead!

Anyway, getting away from Astraea's intelligence we'll touch on a few other aspects of her personality. Due to not having a home in the season she's introduced she tends to look for food all over. She doesn't know quite how to find food though so she usually steals it. She even tries to bury herself to get food like plants do. And she'll eat almost anything (including fish bait or rabbit pellets). She does get taken in by Mikoko as a mentor though that seems to be a bad idea (Mikoko is a huge sadist).
As far as combat goes, Astraea is very powerful. The main reason she wasn't given any processing power is that she really doesn't need any. She's a close-combat fighter and regularly uses her photon blade "Chrysaor" in combination with her shield "Aegis L". Aegis L is interesting as it's a more powerful version of Ikaros's Aegis shield, though Astraea can't block from every angle like Ikaros can. Out of the three first generation Angeloids Astraea is far stronger and more agile than the others (this doesn't mean that she's faster though, nor does it mean that Ikaros isn't stronger). The main weakness with Astraea is that she's a close combat fighter EXCLUSIVELY. As in, she has no ranged attacks.
As far as my feelings on Astraea go, I like her. Not nearly as much as Ikaros or Nymph, but I was pleased to see that she was actually likable.
Grade: B-

Libido: Astraea DOES seem to have some feelings for Tomoki. I wouldn't say that I'd want her to win over Ikaros though. Both due to my preferences as well as the story seeming to lead more towards Ikaros than the other girls. She seems more content to be a rival to him to me. That said, Astraea's foolishness does often lend her to becoming the target of his sexual plans.

Age: It's unknown how old Astraea is. Like Ikaros she tends to look somewhat highschool-ish, but who really knows.
