Fifth rant: The toonami block
Anime Relations: Cowboy Bebop, Bleach, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG - Individual Eleven, Casshern Sins, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Deadman Wonderland
Ok I going to be totally honest hear I haven't watch a lot of toonami back when it was still on Cartoon network but I have seen enough on why people like it. It is deacated to please the anime fans out with its diversity of shows. Heck its not all just anime it even show some action cartoons from the 80's which is nice. When I finally decided to go watch it for now on, it got canned which really made me and the other anime fans upset. But when I heard it came back I quickly go and watch the block and when I look at it, I have see how lazy it is! Look its just that about 4 out of the 6 six shows are rehash. Full metal alchemist brotherhood is always my favorite remake but I have already seen it when it aired back in adult swim so why put it here! Bleach to me is a good show but I now its not great and I know why is there do to the fact it isn't over of dubbing the show. Now the only rehash I haven't seen are cowboy bebop and ghost of the shell which I enjoy but probably everybody already seen it which isn't a surprise. Now the two shows deadman wonderland and casshem shin are really good and I'm am going to watch it online! And that's the problem because most of them we can see them online anyway. Another problem I have is also that all the anime they are showing are all action base. WHERE THE HELL IS THE DIVERSITY! I know that back then there is like a lot of action base shows but there are some other shows that are not all about action which is probably why I enjoy toonami. You know here is what toonami should of done! They should of put 4 new shows of different genre and one rehash for the nostalgia but nope they didn't do that which just shows that they are lazy! So toomami for what they are doing is not in a good place and I really hope once they finish those rehash they put in new shows but from different genres that can fit in the block because I really hope toonami stays because I'm glad its back and I don't want it off but I don't like on what direction its going. Tell me what do you think what anime should be on there but please not the anime that is all action base. Or what cartoons should be on there as well?

I know a lot of time has passed, but what do you think of Toonami as it is now, now that is has had the chance to flourish and get more shows?

I was told that right now this is a test in a way and that if Toonami can get a lot of viewers then they will air better shows. But since the budget was low anyways they had to add what they could afford which wasn't much.I would love to help out Toonami by being a viewer but the shows just suck so much! I want the romance back not that it was ever really there to begin with....... |

ya to be honest i didnt see a diff other than they called it toonami, only show i hadnt seen previously on adult swim was casshern sins, which looked pretty badazz with a good dub, and deadman wonderland, also good dub.
