Return of the Jedi
I went to Disney and can now say "been there, done that, sort of." The place is too big so I didn't see all of it but it's okay, I just wanted to go see the classic castle, take pictures and get some souvenirs. I saw Cirque du Soleil live, that was fun. Went to Epcot and rode on Mission to Mars, Test Track, the Nemo ride, Soaring, 3 Caballeros and I forget what else. The shows in the different countries were a bore, too cultural for my liking, I'm not into history, I prefer fantasy, much more creative and shaped to be liked instead of taken as is.
Went to Animal Kingdom and had breakfast with the Disney characters, did the safari ride on the jeep, walked around the zoo area, got on Everest and the Dinosaur one and possibly others I don't currently recall, just a summary. I liked the Lion King show, I was on the lion group. Timon is adorable.
Went to Magic Kingdom as a cat and got candy, it was the Halloween special. Saw the classics, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Small World, the magic 3D movie with the scent, water, wind, etc. special effects, saw the headless horseman, the parade, fireworks, etc.
Every exit in Disney leads to a store, lol. But I'm not a shopaholic though I did get some things. 2 bracelets, one Mickey and one with Mickey, Tinkerbell and Castle charms. A shirt with Tinkerbell, a coat with the castle and that's pretty much it. I also kept the glass from Cirque du Soleil and bought a DVD of the show.
In Disney Quest I got on the weird raft ride where paddling doesn't really do anything and you just bounce around, on the jeep game where you have to shoot bugs and frogs, played the buzz game on the bumper cars, the virtual reality thing where you swing the sword around a lot, some old school Pac-Man, the safari game and the awesome Star Wars racer where the controls are the two levels like in the movie. I could have beat it completely with more practice but there was no time, oh well. I should really go there alone one morning and spend the day on that game. I finished it on easy and was quite close on normal and hard (just one lap away on both, I didn't think there was a huge difference in difficulty between them). I also played the pinball where you hop around and the table hockey thing. The DDR was weird because it was diagonal so it was confusing and uncomfortable I like the classic one like a + instead of the x shaped one.
