Sekirei, Sekirei: Hajimete no Otsukai
This is the thirty-first week of using the "Perfect Anime Girl Sheet". Notice: This Blog may contain Unmarked Spoilers.
Head
Hair: Matsu has reddish brown hair with long braids, but it's red enough for me to not like it. Her hair is occasionally let free, and it looks better. I don't enjoy it when she has it up (such as in the bath) but I understand the need and practicality of having it up then.
Grade: B
Eyes: She has round eyes that are pretty much the same color as her hair. She also has circular glasses. My beef is that she occasionally doesn't wear them, or that they're turned into shiny glasses (IE, you can't see the eyes because of them).

Face: Her face is cute, especially when she blushes. However, her features are average sized. That's not to say that they're not attractive though.

Body
Build: Matsu has a very nice body. Sekirei knows how to make nice bodies...

Clothes: Her average clothing looks like a racing model-type outfit, which I don't enjoy (like the cleavage though...). Cycling outfit is hot as well, but neither are preferred costumes..

Personality: Matsu is a hacker, which fits her being the intelligence Sekirei. She becomes Minato's personal strategist, giving tips from afar (kinda like a coach of a football team). She would come in an emergency, though, which makes her a good teammate. She is also a trickster, causing ruckus among the girls just for fun.

Libido: Extremely perverse. She started off just using her body to get to Minato, but still uses it to riot the harem, so to speak. She also uses technology to spy on people.
