'Sup, y'all. I live. And am here. I actually find this site useful--easily keeping track of what anime/manga I'm watching/reading? What an idea. There's a ton I want to watch (and the same that I've downloaded), but I don't seem to have the time. Hopefully in the near future I'll accomplish the goals of watching what I burn off my hard drive.
For those of you who find my list normal, congrats, you can consider yourself a true otaku. If you can hold an conversation with me about wherever my mind goes, you can also call yourself an otaku. If you haven't heard of half the things on my lists or don't know what I'm talking about most of the time, that's okay, that's likely why you're here. Everyone needs to start somewhere, hai?
I usually don't classify myself as one who knows a lot about anime or a lot about a lot of different anime, but as I've started looking at all I know compared to others, I come to realize that I know more than I give myself credit for. I suppose it always has been a goal to know all I can about this aspect of the Japanese culture.
And by the way: I like being able to have an in-depth conversation about titles with others. All are welcomed, but be weary of spoilers.

While I'm not going to download the chapters (the series is only 8 volumes long or so for crying out loud), I really do like Pretty Face. Usually the off-the-wall comedies don't appeal to me, so I suppose that's why it stands out.As for my Plan-to-Watch List, I own most of those series listed, as I'm constantly torrenting. My plan is to get as much as I can before heading off to college because they screen their internet to prevent such pirating. I need enough anime to fill four years, don't I? XD |

Hmm.. How DID I come across your page. I seriously I cannot remember o_o. *pauses for a few minutes*.... *ignores* A very well written Blog Entry =]. *remembers!* Woo~ I see the light. I clicked on "Pretty Face" and wanted to see who else read it, (because I don't know anyone else who has ; _ ;) and your name was one of the ones who updated it recently. And here I am. What a mad adventure. And what a MAD "Plan to Watch" list xD, the only one that really stuck out for me was Rahxephon; I watched the first episode and the robot looked reallly reallllllllly ugly =_=;, so I dropped it >_<. But anyway. Nice to see a "similiar" anime interest. =] Byeee~ |

I was impressed that your 'Plan to Watch' list had over fifty entries. Then I realised that the page was still loading . . . and you have just one under 175 items which you plan to watch.So, do you spend your days permanently wired into some kind of machine which feeds anime directly to your optical nerves, or something? |
