Tsk, emotion. This stupid show never fails to get me teary-eyed at the right parts. Definitely a great idea to include that ceremony, for it shows, among other things, how Kotoko's moved up in the world and progressed significantly from that E-class student when she first started. Probably analogous to GARhalla in TTGL, if we had to compare. Nursing is serious business.
And just when you thought it was over--suddenly, a challenger appears?! Odd. I do have an inkling of who this is, but surely it can't be that easy...
