In Miyazaki's anime there are a few. And, I guess, to him black feathers should mean something special as well, since pretty much everything in his animation has, at least, one symbolic meaning. Yu-Baaba from Spirited away. In her bird form, of course. Also, Howl form Howl's Moving Castle. |

She doesn't exactly have black feathers, but I can tell you one awesome feathered character. Setsuna Sakurazaki of Mahou Sensei Negima.
