WARNING 18+ and I am mostly recommending the manga as the OVA doesn't go into as much depth. The dynamic between Tadano and Komi remind me so much of Nana and Kaoru's (but without the kink) Nana and Komi are both beautiful and popular girls who are seemingly perfect and Kaoru and Tadano are more outwardly flawed individuals that deeply care about their love interest. However Kaoru helps Nana become more confident and learn how to communicate her wants and boundaries with others during their BDSM play sessions that they call "breathers". First of all, both are OVAs. In Nozoki Ana, it's the girl who plays around with the MC; in Nana to Kaoru,it's the girl. Both Kaoru and Emiru change their personalities when in school, and they're both secretly perverts. Then the MC soon gain feelings from the other. There's romance there somewhere... It's not hentai, but close enough. 

Both are comedy, ecchi, romance and seinen. Both peverted characters One is specific about S&M while the other isn't.  

Well if you're curious or into S&M or simply find it funny, MM! deals with a M guy who has a bad case of it, however in MM! It's more about the comedy of dealing with it and some cute characters with a slight harem thing going on. Just don't expect actual S&M to take place (much). Also MM! doesn't have nudity.
