In 07-Ghost, the BlackHawks fight to obtain the Eye of Michail which contains power while the seven ghost with the help of the last throne successor of a fallen kingdom fight to gain peace.
In Code Geass, Britania fights for power and most EU + Eleven for a peacefull world to live.
In both anime, the characters have special powers:
In 07-Ghost, they have the zaiphon power and use antique fighting techniques as swords etc.
In Code Geass, they use the geass ability and highly advanced weapons.

Adicted story lines with action and unpredictable endings. Both are created with clever minded scenes full of strategy and slice of fantasy.
Death Note is similar to the everyday life and Code Geass is similar to the World War with high advanced weapons.
These two anime fight to create a new and bether world with different methods.
