SynopsisIn ancient Japan, a princess and her lover run away from their pursuers. When it became apparent that they would be caught, they vowed to commit suicide rather than have the princess return to her former life. Both of them took their blades to end their lives but something went wrong. Now one of them seeks revenge for being abandoned. |

Hairy Tale is an advertisement, however it and Hana no Kage share the same mood. Both are romantic and somewhat sad stories of forbidden and disapproved love affairs of the past. In both the atmosphere is created by flowing hair and falling leaves and petals. And, more than that, both are very short but grasping beautiful.
