PSG has a bit crazy humor, as a Hen Zemi. 

Nisemonogatari's famous toothbrushing scene has a counterpart in Hen Zemi, but with ear cleaning instead. 

Hen Zemi get the merit of being similar to SYD because of its verbal vulgar. The visual of both shows is not so outrageous. Mainstream ecchi such as to love-ru has much more visually NSFW content. 

Though having different approach in presentation and art direction, sexual perverseness is a premise of both shows. 

Hen Zemi setting is, in short, a certain graduate school giving out degree for sexual perverseness. Anime of Hen Zemi get the honor of being similar to SZS because of its art direction not the story. Even though SZS did have its own perversed moments. But it's just a way of trying to make fan services different. Hen Zemi is trying to be educational.(please use personal judgement for my word choice) 

Both have a girl who has to do ecchi work, and both are very shy ^^.
