SynopsisKurosaki Ichigo, the temporary Shinigami(Death God) for Kuchiki Rukia, discovers his mother's killer as one of the Hollows he has been hunting. He does battle with it in a prideful battle of revenge. This Special is actually a flashback of previous episodes in Bleach. After the ending credits, a short plays showing Shinigami and their Zanpakutos to "Number One" from the Bleach Soundtrack.

This is the worst thing about Bleach I have seen so far hands down.
The story itself may be decent. Also the art, the sound, and the characters. I for myself really liked the part in the anime.
But honestly. What has this OVA been for? It contained nothing new. It was just like an episode where everything was like a summary. And such things are, in my opinion, useless. Come on now. The people who really watch this anime will KNOW what has happened 2-3 episodes before. Your anime won't get more popular by using this and also your fans wont like it.
The ones who have never watched Bleach won't know what all of this stuff is about anyway. And those who have watched won't like it cause they know everything anyways. read more

This review is going to be a little different then my other ones. If one is looking for a completle remake of the original, this isn't it. This has only a few minor changes and a few minor additions. There was a little more character development and it focused more on a small plot line. One HAS to watch it to figure out if they like it or not really, but hopefully what I've said above will help make up ones mind to watch it or not.
