I'm trying my hardest not to be so hard on this but I almost wish I hadn't wasted my time watching this anime.

I'm gonna give a little more of a summary anyway because I think the ANN one misses a few important points.

The story that this anime follows is that Lasty is a "angel", one who uses their powers to bring peace and happiness to Earth. The angels live in a technological space station over a post-apocalyptic earth. The angels each have to go down to earth to train and when it is Lasty's turn she ends up discovering life on earth isn't as peachy as she's used to. Lasty even ends up battling the very same thing that brought about the last war on earth.

The basic plot was actually not bad and the first half of the anime was actually interesting. Somewhere around the middle of the OVA the story was too fast paced and hard to follow.

The animation was good. Characters looked like they had some time spent on their design and animation. It made me wish that they had spent their efforts on something else.

Overall this anime isn't something to go out of your way to watch. If you like sci-fi and magical girl animes give it a shot. Otherwise don't bother. read more
