Shakugan no Shana S

well, jusging from the 1st OVA, these 4 episodes are supposed to be a small joining point from 2 to 3
E.G: at the last part of the 1st OVA alastor revealed that the scope could only be used when there are no 'walls' between the two people
in other words, shana and yuji like each other and e.t.c

in layman terms, these 4 OVAs are fillers.
fillers dont move the story much, but fillers tend to either set a scene so they can use it in future for the story, or they are used to explain/ re-explain some things.

overall the 1st episode was good, though alittle ahort for an OVA.
they have a few mini jokes that could make you laugh(though it depends on your point of views)

and god,
they have some veeeerrrryyyyy Small echhi scenes...if that what you call it...
E.G: the part when Yuuji was in Shana's body and he practically lifted up her skirt till...
you get it...

this is my 1st review...so PS if it sucked
overall:it's a good watch...and some of the 3rd series things MIGHT relate to these OVAs

As a fan of Shana I was wanting a season 3 instead of another OVA and watched this with a lot of anger towards the makers. The opening played and I forgave the boys at the top without second thought.

This was made to give us Shana fans a nibble before we get thirds not to piss us off. It gives us alot of the humor that this story mold of body-swapping use (Yuji reaching towards his chest when he is in shana's body was an inevitable moment the second they swapped bodies) and I think the "shana" feel behind it adds new life to the cliche plot.

Overall it was a great OVA in part 1 and am highly looking forward to the next 3 followed by the long awaited Shakugan no Shana III read more
