Charady no Joke na Mainichi

Both animes are funny and have episodes of 3 minutes each.

What really ring the bell about this two is the use of student-project style art direction. Nothing is visually appealing about this two shows, but they are fun nonetheless. If public can ignore how not-very-beautiful the artwork is this kind of show will be much more popular. People normally can't, can you? Charady offer a lot of short jokes connected without regard to chronological importance, most joke are not original and derived from world's classic joke such as the stupid blonde. Gintama with no action sequence and worse artwork it is. Yurumates follow a ronin (not yet accepted) student Yurumi and her dorm mates. Clear slice-of-life genre similar to high profile titles (such as Hidamari Sketch and Natsume Book of Friends) make it a must for people who liked those, and not deceived by art direction. read more 

Short episode filled with only jokes Gag Manga used original jokes from manga writer, can be easy to interpret for those who familiar to japanese manga, or impossible to understand for some net-surfer that happen to pass by Charady used known jokes from all over the world. This can be a drawbacks If you are familiar with some jokes or it is local to you, you may guess the joke beforehand and ruin your fun of the whole episode. Without any of these accidents it is ensured to be entertaining, it's a joke after all.
