Breasts.
that's all you need to know about this OVA
how come most OVAs this past couple of years have full of breasts in them?
but yeah, the animation is great, their breasts look great
they have Dead or Alive's Breasts Physics included I think XD
overall..it's a fun OVA..

This OVA takes plot of the interesting chapters of to-Love-ru manga.
If you want to see it animated and a fan of to-love-ru this is a must watched anime.
Frame rate and art is nice.
New music OP and ED added.
