Both series centre around a uniform-wearing girl with unusual powers who originates from a bygone era. Natsu no Arashi has a lot more humour and slice-of-life aspects compared to Tasogare Otome's fairly consistant drama and seriousness, but both series have a reasonable enough balance of humour and seriousness that they're still very comparable. Additionally, they both have a similar directorial style -- not all THAT surprising, given Oonuma Shin worked on both.

Same random-ness and comedy style, both feature life of workers in a café.

The series are from the same Mangaka. If you like the humor go for it. School Rumble however doesn't have much of a story, but NNA does. Other than that, they don't have too much in common. You like (romantic) school comedies? Then watch SR! There are also a lot of School Rumble cameos in NNA ;)

Both anime are comedies, both are made by shaft, and they have somewhat similar humour

Two absurdist romantic comedy anime where the focus is on time travel and the different paradoxes it could create. Time travel here works in a similar way as well, as there is just one single timeline where the different mysteries presented are basically created by the other travels to the past. Animation style is also experimental in both, the biggest similarity being the use of real-life imagery. Heck, they're both charming comedies that you shouldn't miss if you like quirky romcoms. Similar atmospheres, a high paced trip through eccentricity. Both have overly enthusiastic energetic guys paired with a girl facing various adventures. Also share the same sense of humour.

Storywise these two anime couldn't be more different. But I find the humor and the mix between the humor and drama to be very similar.

- Both involve leads who are magical girls (or, at least in the realm of magical girl for Arashi) - Both are primarily character-driven comedies with darker moments interspersed - Both are quite unhinged (although not in a bad way) in terms of humour and sudden tonal shifting

First of all, if you're into a ghostly story involving comedy, drama, and a little romance, then look no further. These two titles are worth time investing into. Both series involves the theme of the supernatural involving a ghost who hangs out with the main characters during their daily lives. Both series has drama, comedy, but also emotional moments. Both series explores the idea of a spiritual being in the world of the living who has yet to move on but continues to stand by the people they care for. Natsuyuki Rendezous and Natsu no Arashi are two series that considered a rare gem that gives "ghost"  read more

Same director, supernatural elements, and a romance with a long haired beauty.

both are summer themed supernatural stories as well as also focusing on 2 characters that are different from one another as well too.

I really recommend you guys to watch Natsu no Arashi. It's kinda the same atmosphere. The story takes place in a cafe/restaurant. It's a comedy so you'll laugh as you did in Working, except that there's a little bit of a super-natural thing in Natsu no Arashi but still fun. The only thing that Working really quite differs in is probably the character design.

- Both involve a cast of younger teenagers - Both have a supernatural twist - Both take place in small-ish towns/cities - Both are primarily comedies with a few serious elements mixed in

These are time travel stories, with characters jumping back and forth in time. The resulting present is the optimal outcome for the protagonist. He is mainly surrounded by girls, and a cross dressing character. The titles play with time paradoxa and choose different ways for avoiding inconsistencies, which makes it interesting to compare the 2.

Although Natsu no Arashi leans more toward the comedy genre, both share a time traveling girl. Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo is much more serious. Both are excellent animes.

Both are comedic anime about a relantionship between a school boy and a supernatural girl

They are both eccentric peculiar anime, which seems to leave you with the same not-exactly-sure-what's-going-on after taste. Both have mysterious elements which coincide with slice of life occurrences with added humour. Not your typical watch, both are great anime with similar atmospheres.

Natsu no Arashi! is often said to have an oldschool feel, and Kimagure Orange Road is just the oldschool series it feels like. Both focus on a main character with an unusual supernatural/psychic power and their interactions with their "normal" friends, and for the most part can be described as "wacky situation occurs, hijinks ensue". They both, however, climax in a more serious plot, although KOR is definitely a romance while Natsu no Arashi! focuses more on non-romantic drama. Natsu no Arashi!, while recent, also has an aesthetic sense similar to KOR's, particularly when it comes to character designs.

Extremely similar animation style (the borders used in various frames are direct clones), similar episode pacing, same genre (supernatural romance comedy), same production company, same director, same sound director, same script writer, 3 of the 10 seiyu in NnA appear in AUtB.

Both are about humans connected to ghost and on the surface they are both comedies but do touch on more serious subjects.

both have an interesting storyline, if you like mysteries, spirits, and comedy, then give this one a go.

Funny anime, some leads have sci-fi-like powers. Male lead is dragged onto female lead's world. Normal male lead develops a relationship with a female lead with supernatural powers.

Slice of life, main characters enthusiastically working in a recreational environment and both have Chiaki Omigawa. Both also features alot of nostalgia.
