Both of these anime possess unique characters and violence as well as the overall feeling of the show. If you enjoyed either of them I strongly recommend you check out the other.
Guns, mafia families, some crazy guys, blood...
You might say Dogs: B&C is like a Baccano! sequel
the same feel, similar character design and art, both leave you with hope for more.
Same feeling. Incredible and unique characters. Each episode focus on a different character. If you like Baccano you may like Dogs.
The setting in both animes is kinda similar - based on the underworld of America in the 30s. Mafia guys, lots of shooting, blood and guns, done in a rather light-hearted way. Also some charaters are immortal.

Another seinen anime about mafia.
Mafia wars, equally gory and somewhat similar art and situations.

Guns, assassins, mafia, violence, action, drama, an emotionless girl, great character design, etc.

Both are pretty violent, and have genetically modified people who gained super powers and special abilities.

Tons of bullets, mobsters, assassins, and general mayhem.

If you like Dogs: Bullets and Carnage's poor style, bad pacing and lack of explination ever then Amatsuki is just for you.

Both very short animes but with very interesting characters. These are actually more teasers for the manga but still leave you with a feeling of enjoyment and wanting for more :)
