For another show about a simple guy living with a bunch of weirdos, give this one a spin. Like Love Hina, the main couple is obvious right off the bat and it holds the same psuedo shoujo-ai air. Above all, it's a very funny and very interesting follow-up if you still haven't gotten enough of the genre.
Both about a boy living in a inn, surrounded by girls. Mahoraba is the really cute version, Love Hina is the punch version.
Its another harem with great sentimentality and a character who is lovable and honestly...plain as the male lead. He's not stupid and annoying, and I feel Mahoraba is a great upgrade from Love Hina.

Both series involve the main character being thrown into a house with strange characters. Both series are warm and heartfelt and if you're looking for another cute and fluffy series with a bit of a dark twist added in, this is a good one to check out.

It's basically similar theme, and kind of same storyline (but not really). But i find these 2 very similar! and great overall!

These two animes are similar 'cause it seems like the same character designer. In both animes the main character looks younger than he actually is. Both animes have many different characters. Also both of these animes are very funny; including parodies. If you liked Hayate no Gotoku, you'll definitely like Mahoraba ~Heartful days~

Very character-based series. Both Mahoraba and Gokujou Seitokai uses the main character and a loose storyline to take the viewer through the lives of the side characters in great depth.
Similar type of no-frills, simple artwork and animation, both are fairly light-hearted (for the most part) series.

Both stories involved a genuine male character coming to a new setting, making new friends, and learning new things about them. The male character in both are virtuous displaying many noteworthy attributes and are generally surrounded by many cute girls. Both stories involve an array of characters that are unique and lovable. The connection with and affection we develop for each of the individual characters is what makes both of these anime great.

If you liked the silly harem situations in Inukami, and the way the main character always gets into trouble because of the others, you will definitely like Mahoraba. Though Mahoraba doesn't have ecchi scenes and is more of a romance anime.
