Crazy girls "harem" for the main character, mystery and torture.
"I am here to protect you because we are destined to be together." And of course the main character is thinking along the lines, "What is up with this crazy chick?". Well, the hero and heroine go through a bunch of mysteries of sorts in order to survive, whether it be from a "game" or it be killers on the street.
Murders that are conviniently placed right where the lead male can see them, a strange girl following him without making sense on why... if you like one then I'm sure you'll like the other. Denpateki is Chaos Head without the fantasy.
Denpa teki na Kanojo and Kara no Kyoukai feel very similar in a couple of ways, the rainy and gloomy atmosphere for both, and the whole murder mystery deal. Hell, even the first time I took a glimpse at both of these shows I couldn't tell the difference between them. Both are equally good and you should enjoy the similarities between these great shows.
In both anime, the main character meets a mysterious girl and the pair finds themselves in the middle of danger (in Another, a deadly curse - in Denpateki, a string of serial killings as well as a cult-like prankster group). The investigations build up similar atmospheres; though Denpateki is a bit more serious than Another, they both take a look into the psychology behind the characters and each has its fair share of death/gore/crazy people/plot twists.

Denpa teki na Kanojo > Another
A girl who promises to do "whatever" for the main character.

Same mysterious atmosphere...
the same author, the same world setting, even share some characters, but this story which happens 7 years later than kure-nai has a quite different genre.it's also the maiden work of Katayama Kentarou.
Mentally challenging girls harem, featuring breathtaking romance with large casualties.

Loosely parodied role-playing genre games, most girls have their weapon of choice and battle to death for their prized boyfriend.
Perhaps what is apparent in these two series is their unique take on the Mystery genre. Both series feature rather original storylines and well-developed characters. If you find one engrossing, I highly recommend you the other. Also note that Denpa teki na Kanojo performs some of the visual techniques and stylings that Shaft is known for (mainly the alteration of angles and scenery, as well as text interjections between sequences).
Both are seinen murder mystery and suspense thrillers that have serious tone and don't mind showing gore. Both toy with issues of self-identity and involve solving a mystery to identify murderous stalkers.

Crazy girls harem for our hero. Both got industry-leading lengthy name. Not to mention that it's basically harem spiced with stuffs don't belong to romance, violence and aliens for example.
The OVA one is full of girls who are, by all social definition, eastern or western, violent. All girls take the liking of the male lead, some want to get along, plenty want him dead.
The Shaft-made one is sci-fi flavored love comedy. Girls are non-violent, but extra-strange nonetheless.
Both fit for the you who are bored with common harem setting without blood and aliens, with Denpa Onna give you some makeshift sci-fi and Denpa Kanojo offer you gory romance.
Weird girlfriend with bangs. The boy and the girl also have a unique 'bond' that connects them.
Both have an underlying sense of mystery and cover dark themes. Both have plot twists, although Denpa arguably has a more understandable plot. Both feature blood and gore, but are used appropriately in intense, realistic action scenes. The ending themes for both titles are also awesome!!
Both main female character has high deductive skills & can think logically.Gosick focus at solving normal cases but Denpa cases were solved by the main character by analyze the perspective, the tendency of the criminal's behaviour and their mind.
Both series explore the criminal mind and how it operates.
Both have a dark, mysterious thriller theme. In Denpa teki na kanojo, the main character and some other people searches for the killer. In Steins;Gate, a group of scientists researches about well... steins;Gate. Therefore, both of them includes some form of investigating. There are also no fantasy, magic, supernatural whatsoever elements in either of them too.
kara no kyokai and denpa teki na kanojo are actually 2 different 10/10 anime that are... perfect. they are both completely different stories yet their essences are also completely similar. In other words watching one and then the other will not be like watching the same thing but as if you are watching its ova.. kinda
Another Brains Base OVA. Both are awesome, telling a great condensed story with great music and characters. If you liked one you'll probably like the other.
Completely different genres however both are Psychological and Thriller.
Colse atmosfere ant tipe of episods (structure), but the Shigofumi more easier Psychological.
Both heroines claim to be knights that will protect and serve the main protagonist. The main protagonist refuse to see the heroine as a servant. Also in Fate/stay night, the servant is actually a knight. Romance and drama in the air.
Both are extremely captivating murder mysteries, while Death note focuses on the supernatural Denpateki simply relies on the darkness found in all humans. The mystery in both is quite entertaining as well as well written. Also Ochibana resembles "L" in many ways and provides the same type of detective prowess that makes Death Note so great.
both series involve tough outcast guys getting a girlfriend, although this one is a more light hearted and more of a comedy
Similar Horror/Mystery style with a small harem and yandere (although in interlude its sister love-crazy). The biggest difference is that Interlude dives into the paranormal side of things with zombies and ghostly demon dogs, while Denpa Teki merely touches on a fictional delusion of aliens. Overall, Denpa Teki was better (as of ep# 1 so far), but both are very enjoyable
Mystery, torture, similar atmosphere.

The girls in both shows are batshit insane. If you have a things for girls with abnormal personality, and amount of loose screw in the head, check both show out, seriously.

Denpa teki na kanojo, you know the drill, is a mystery anime with girls killing and dying. That's enough for you to guess what kind of girls will pop up in the show. If you are surprised by the girls in this show even when acknowledging its plot, then watch something beside Naruto and come back later. I recommend you googling 2 girls 1 cup though, for instant vaccine to this kind of characters.

Danshi koukousei no nichijou, literally: daily lives of high school boys. This one is tricky, but look at it this way, you have seen harem anime that give 100% attention to hot chicks and 0% to the male right? The one that male characters have no personality whatsoever. This things work other way around in DKNN.

The boys here are more prominent and the girls are intentionally made into a dummy character with one emotion. You will see most girls doing the same stuff all the time. Why? Because we are not following them all day long, the anime only show the batshit insane side of them in order to make jokes. Because they are joke characters and not a central interest of the show, whenever they show up, it's goofy time.

But here comes the promise: if you have a refined (aka. fucking perverted) taste for girls and want to sees girls with crazy emotion, and ONLY crazy emotion, this is a show for you. Whenever girl A shows up: SUDDENLY MIRAI NIKKI, whenever girl B shows up: SUDDENLY SCHOOL DAYS. Well, something like that.

And for those who read till the end, thanks for reading, and do not google what I told you to, seriously, SERIOUSLY. I said that twice because it's important.
Same Director Here...
They are very similar, but Enma has more supernatural elements...
Durarara!! almost feels like the full series equivalent of Denpa teki na Kanojo's OVA. Both have a dark and mysterious, psychological thriller feel to them, with some school life, supernatural and suspense elements thrown in. Both are also based on light novels.
Odd and unhappy destinies

Both are from novel adaptation, being drama consisting of mystery and psychological components. The main difference is Denpa teki na Kanojo happens in modern world and less room for aftertaste.
Mystery lovers may try this. The main attraction is the interesting story in real life. Psychos alert. Both are not as gore as Ryukishi07's works but do contain some degree of violence. And all 3 have some degree of supernatural components
Completely different genres however both are harems and have a girl who follows around the main character claiming to be their slave/servent.
