Both include a master and a magical/fighting girl who make a couple and fight to survive and be the last ones standing.
both are about girls fighting and they have some comedy in it. Also the fighting women can transform.
Both are extremly funny anime. Mainly focusing on the comedy and less on the romance aspect. Both have a perverted and loveable main characters.
Instead of aliens there are cans that turn into girls, and they form a relationship similar to that of a master and a slave. There is a serious plot that is going on above all the romance and comedy to keep the story moving. Has a very similar feel to it and if you like one you should like the other.
Girl comes out of a strange object with super powers
Boy conveniently lives alone and girl stays with him
Ecchi elements galore

Plenty more to list but you get the idea.
Guy meets girl while he's naked in his house, girl isnt human, she has supernatural powers and some baggage, the guy has human girls who like him but he barely notices.
Both male leads are perverts.
Harem
Both male leads usually get smacked around or beaten up by one of the females for acting perverted.
Both male leads have super powered female living with them.
Both of the male leads have a female friend since childhood and who for some reason is attracted to the male lead.
Battles to find the best Maiden/Akikan (for differents reasons) and everyone have a master.
In the final of the two series appears a strongest enemy who has no master and start the real battle.
Akikan! is about a boy who bought a can of melon soda from a vending machine.... the can suddenly transforms into a girl, a so called 'Akikan'. It is less ecchi than chobits and a bit more childish but it is about a boy surrounded by girls like chobits.
The mood is completely different, but these anime both have the master/servant thing, a competition to reach an objective, magic, romance, super powers, and fights.
Also, both are harem and have a tsundere in them.
Believe me or not, I enjoyed Akikan! more than FSN.
-Both animes are about receiving or meeting a partner (coincidence or not) to fight in a survival game, and aim to defeat the other partnerships to win the game.
-Both are romance and ecchi
the stories might be completly different, but a supernatural being (also a girl) gets introduced with a regular guy doing his thing.
Random, crazy, and hilarious.
Both have a blond female protagonist (Excel/Melon) and a sexually twisted megane teacher/scientist (Gojo Shiouji/Hidehiko Otoya).
Also, Kakeru’s stupidity and perverseness reminds me of Iwata.
Both are enjoyable, funny, and underrated series, and both mustn’t be taken seriously.
They are both Action, Comedy, Ecchi, Super Power, Harem...They are both for teens and +13.Both has a main character thats a teen boy.

both of them have lots of fun.. genres are quite the same.
-Both animes are about receiving or meeting a third party to supply you with powers to fight in a survival game, and aim to defeat the other parties to win the game.
-Both animes are about receiving or meeting a third party to supply you with powers to fight in a survival game, and aim to defeat the opposing parties to win the game.
-Both contains romance
Both shows have the main male character accidentally activating a girl by a kiss.
The only difference is that steel angel kurumi has girls that are androids while akikan has girls that are cans
- silly story.
- people fight for a silly reason involving food.
The characters, plot, artwork, soundtrack and genre may be completely unrelated BUT INSIDE I SENSE A POWERFUL CONNECTION BETWEEN SCANTILY CLAD DRINK CANS AND BISHIE ZOMBIES

Similar by the comedy, a bit of romance, ecchi.
+Both looks lot similar.
+Both got many girls around Main male character.
+Both got similar character design.
+Both got many simple scenes, and fights.
Almost the same ideas.
My apple-pie can fly!
Same situation where the guy is living with a magical tsundere girl.
Both animes are about receiving or meeting a partner (coincidence or not) to fight in a survival game, and aim to defeat the other partnerships to win the game.
-Both animes are about working with their one and only partner that they searched or met coincidentally to be able to fight after getting involved
-Both are romance, school life and contains ecchi
-Both builds a deep bond between the two
The male leads are idiots. Their logic defies common sense.

The female leads are both out on a mission. Melon needs to defeat the Aluminum Akikans, and Togame is out to find the swords.

Both shows are action/comedies. Akikan is more comedic while Katanagatari has more action. Also, the main two characters of each show are attracted to each other.

Both shows feature weird, abstract art.

Heck, they're practically the same show!

great fan service with great story
both are harem and comedy.better art in rosario +Vampire
Both are rather unique ecchis, unlike most others
Both include a boy, who has no luck with girls, and a magical girl, that comes to this loser and their story begins.
its Harem!! Both are light comedy anime, although the storyboard are different.
Both are silly harem anime's that aren't to be taken seriously.
Both are ecchis with more storyline than others of the same genre
Both are hilarious, silly comedies that involve non-human beings (respectively alien frogs & human-like cans).
Also, Najimi strongly reminds of Momoka: both have short blue hair, have some kind of split personality, and are in love with the male protagonist.

The storyline is somewhat the same of a young girl living with a "brother" who wants to do things to her.
Both have similar scenes, for example, in the pool or in the amusement park. The atmosphere is also similar. Both series are comedies and romances with elements of harem.
