Both main characters are lovable, and in both you can find supernatural beings ang lots of magic. Not to mention similarity between main male characters, in behaviour and irony. Although romance in Hatenkou is more hidden, one can also clearly see it, Hatenkou is also a bit darker in themes and plot.
A beautiful girl with magical powers accompanies a mysterious bishounen with a mysterious past and a dark agenda on a journey. Compared to the girl in Hatenkou Yuugi, Hakushaku's girl is a little more timid and her powers are more passive than active (she can communicate with fairies, but she can't cast spells--at least, not as of the first episode). Also, whereas in Hatenkou Yuugi, the girl is genuinely a companion for her two bishounen friends, in Hakushaku she is more a servant of the duke, and at his mercy.
Both stories mostly made of romantic line as a background to some adventures. The main heroine doesn't seem to be taken seriously by main male characters. Btw th romantic line is partially indefinite (no clear-cut love and kisses ending for you).
Female leads have very strong personalities. Both series are specific comedies with a lot of magic elements, bishounens and of course both are romance.

Sebastian and Raven are both devoted butlers with demon-alike abilities, English nobility everywhere, XIX century setting and I guess that's all.
Set in 19th century England, both have bishounen, some supernatural and magic element. Both are comedy with a little bit of action (in Kuroshitsuji there is much more)

shoujo romance anime with multiple bishies/love interests surrounding the female lead.

a romance anime similar to HAKUSHAKU TO YOUSEI

There are a few bishounens, and the artwork is great! The earl looks like half Kei and half Tamaki, so it'll remind you of special A everytime!

Gorgeous Victorian costumes, romance and blond bishonen are in both series.Yousei has supernatural elements where as Emma does not, but both heroines do not immediately give themselves up to the guy and are refreshingly not whiny.

Both are about determined females involved with magic and have talking cats for sidekicks. Kiki's delivery service is more light hearted, but both do have humor as well.

Well, they both are romancey, (with Earl & Fairy being more of the romance type).. And they both have the phrase Nobliss Oblidge (exept in Earl and Fairy its said like 2 times). They both have the main male become a king of some sort. Also, the people are cute in both ^^;;

Both shows have a strong female lead who is surrounded by bishies, and both shows have some supernatural element to them.

Both of these series are reverse harem series involving a girl with special powers helping a noble and his retainers. The concept of Noblesse Oblige is central to both series.
They also both have a Victorian style setting and a cat mascot.

The male leads of Ouran and Hakushaku both look similar. Plus both have several attractive male characters.

If you're a fan of stories set in Europe or with a European theme and about nobles, you should check this out. Also, both art are beautifully drawn.

Other than the fact that 3 of the leads are voiced by the magnificent Mizuki Nana, the stories for both are short and changes in arc occur every few episodes. Both are rather dramatic in nature, with Hakushaku to Yousei being more fantasy type, and Allison and Lillia more adventrue type.

Both are reverse harems with a very good selection of male characters. They're both fairy tale esque and have just enough romance without being over or underwhelming. Neither have amazing stories, and can never be called masterpieces but they both have a certain charm that will keep you coming back for more.

Both the animes have action, but not over-the-top.
Both animes have love and romance and deal with being confused about their feelings.
Both are fantasy too.
