Synopsis

After earthquakes suddenly took place in the Kumamoto Prefecture, Natsuna Keyaki lost contact with her dearest online friend, Itsuki. With nothing but a drawn picture of the landscape, Natsuna embarks on a journey from Tokyo to Kumamoto to find her.

When Natsuna gets lost in a rural area of the disaster-stricken prefecture, she encounters a policeman and an energetic middle school girl named Izumi Chiba. Izumi, along with her hospitable family members, offers Natsuna shelter and information to assist her in her quest. With these kind locals helping her on every step of the way, Natsuna moves closer to discover what happened to Itsuki.

Natsunagu! is a nice little anime about friendship, persistence, and the Japanese prefecture of Kumamoto. Beginning with the story, it's a simple yet poignant tale of one friend who goes on a journey to find another with only a little information to guide her search, and ends up learning a lot about Kumamoto along the way. While it's not necessarily groundbreaking, it's still a fun and uplifting tale with its fair share of twists and turns. The art has its own distinctive charm, presenting the viewer with a colorful, delicate visual environment, evocative of a watercolor palette, which itself reflects the region's own humid, coastal ...

Mixed Feelings
Cute. Simple. and Short.

I watched this who ONA on Youtube. It look interesting and it reminded me a little of KyoAni.
Natsunagu! is about this college student trying to find her online friend with little to no leads. She travels to Kumamoto from Tokyo literally asking the townspeople if they knew who she was. Everyone she meets is helpful and friendly, and she takes an adventure through Kumamoto, essentially a tour.

Some episodes I skipped seconds through (its only 4minutes per episode!) because they were a bit boring and predictive.

Art - simple and aesthetic vibe
Sound- nice OST , i like the ending, it ...

But in the last year, almost all, if not all short length shows received very poor ratings, meaning not even these people were giving them good ratings. Natsunagu! is the only one I watched besides Heya Camp so I’m here to comment about this peculiar case. What is strange about the ...
