both are about maids!
the series is both eichi and the story is somewhat the same., both the main boy character lost his relatives and inherit all the riches!

both main characters are boys, one who is a pervert in " He is my Master " , and in " maid-tai " he is sensitive to girls touching him.. both live in a house alone with girls..
Well, both of these series here have what every rich person already have. They have the money, the maids, and almost everything they've ever wanted.
In both series, there is a lot of comedy, drama, and fanservice. The main protagonist in both series are quite different in personality but has similar possessions.
Both series also has some hints of romance as well as a few emotional moments at rare times.

it's actually the same.., i think it's just the animation and the story is somewhat changed.., so that's why you have to see both!~
Its abit the same and abit different. some differences are noticeable and the story is more in-depth. just watch it to see the differences

there is a lot of Ecchi and Harem in both of these anime, some of the episodes, by some i mean all, tend to go over the top with the ecchiness. Maids seems to be a popular theme with the 2 anime, it also explores the many criticisms over the Maid / Butler X Master / Lady relationship

The Main character have allergy to girls except for only 1 girls
and the Ecchi + Comedy was Awesome BOTH!!

In both animes, the parents of the main characters die and they decide to live with their grandparents. They also find out that their grandfather has a huge mansion for them and hundreds of maids to serve them 24/7.

Hanaukyou Maid-tai is pervy just like green green, but none of the lovey/romance, if your just in for the Ecchi-acts and steamy sceans Hanukyou Maid-tai or Green Green is for you :D
