Both anime has the same style of artwork and both of them are an adaptation of a visual novel. After... has a more real slice of life theme while Akiba Girls is more absurd and dream like. The adult scenes are nothing special in them but some of them funny in Akiba Girls. While in After... they did a good job with presenting the overarching relationships between the characters.
