Both heroines have powers and the show is about them going around with their friends solving little cases.

Both shows deal with young people who possess powers of one sort or another, and both are generally episodic in nature, although Natsu no Sora's overall story is more compact because it runs for fewer episodes.

They're both fairly lighthearted on the whole, and although Natsu no Sora is the better show, Telepathy Shoujo Ran comes a close second.
