SynopsisMagician's Academy revolves around Takuto Hasegawa, who attends a magic academy that is not marked on any map. During a summoning spell exam, he accidentally creates a girl named Tanarot, who happens to hold enough magical power to destroy his country, but fortunately Tanarot professes undying loyalty to her "creator."

This anime has a lot to offer in the humor department and has that fast paced outrageous situation feel that we so desperately long for. Following around the main protagonist Takuto, we experience the daily antics of his life after he summons Tanorrette, a possible God or Demon who could throw the world out of balance!
After that there isn't much more to explain. The story has that minisode kind of feel where there is no defined plot other than the fact that Takuto and Tanorette shouldn't be around. The humor in here is excellent, fighting scenes are surprisingly of high quality and the characters are very eccentric.
I give this 8/10, not really an anime for those who seek plot and the romance in here is slightly askew. read more

Macademi Wasshoi!... I was certainly confused during the first episode, and still so in the second. However, I think this show has a lot going for it. So far, its managed to keep a lot of the energy it premiered with, unlike Kemeko, which kind of lost pace by repeating jokes.
The show is certainly unique. Not for the plot, but for the way it carries out. Sure, there are a lot of stereotypical characters, like the pretty-boy teacher, the ditzy male lead, the quiet girl, and lots of other crazies, but they are fun characters. Personally, the stereotypical pretty-boy is awesome. All of the characters have a unique role to play, setting them apart from the usual archetypes in anime.
I'll try my best to describe the plot without too many spoilers. Mage boy summons something for an exam, and ends up summoning Tanarotte, a little, extremely... "energetic" girl who has the powers of a god. Her cling to our male lead causes problems with other female characters, pretty-boy teacher (who is awesome) has a dog girl maid, and also: here there be DWARVES! Hilarity ensues. The plot is really kind of confusing, so I vote you check it out when you have the time.
Production values are pretty good. The art isn't amazing, but it isn't terrible either. It takes home the bronze at best, and scores 4th at worst. The BGM is decent; not incredibly memorable, but certainly can be fun. The show also has this weird claymation thing going for the "mature" scenes. I'm not sure if this is just a comical way of censorship, or the show just being its unusual self, but I'm not to angry about it. The only gripe I have is with the OP, which needs to be dragged out into the street and shot.
The show is certainly worth watching, if only for its hyperactive charm. I strongly recommend you check it out if you have the time. read more

ZnT and Macademi WAsshoi start off on the same event. A main character tries to summon another being, summon goes wrong, and they perform a contract with the summoned person. There are also good doses of ecchi and harem in both anime.
The beginnings are very similar.
The only real difference is that Zero no Tsukaima has a bit more going for it when it comes to romance, while Macademi WAsshoi! had some of the best comedy I've ever seen in an anime.
harem school romance
an interesting mix

Both series are fantascial and spontaneous comedies that make a point of flaunting otaku memes to get great laughs. These series use a similar style of over-the-top craziness and ridiculous gags throughout a large cast. Also, parallels can be drawn between the main female leads as spontaneous supernatural loli gods that always get their way. =^_^=
They have the same type kind of humor, the kind where at cetain moments you want a XD going across your face and reeks of idiotic comedy ( and alittle WTF?! mixed in there too). The one diffrence is Macademi is WAY more ecchi tham Kyouran. And last but not least if you're a animal ear enthusist ... then you better go wacth 'em.
