Real Drive sometimes focuses on Androids, especially characters such as Holon. Eve no Jikan is a series that centres on humanoid androids and their place in modern society as well as their own desires, and occasionally some parallels can be seen. Eve no Jikan is worth a watch if you enjoy the Android aspect of Real Drive or any other similarly themed anime.
Many Real Drive episodes focus on Androids and their place within a society of Humans in a time where Humans depend on technology and cyber brains. Parallels to everything Eve no Jikan is about can be seen. Both shows are worth watching if you're into the Android theme.

Great works from I.G Productions. Both have great animation and developed characters. Those are must-watch series if you like mystery, supernatural and sci-fi stories.
Although Ghost Hound is solely Supernatural based, and Real Drive is SciFi, both involve having a split self in another form, with Ghost Hound involving spirits, and Real Drive having ones consciousness inside a system known as the Metal. While I admit to not liking either, I disliked both for the same reason, so I assume the reverse would hold true too.

Both are set in a future where humans are able to connect to a digital world. In BALDR it's called the Wired World, and in Real Drive it's called The Metal.

Both are futuristic and deal with cyber crime/environments. Although Real Drive isn't a countermeasure against terrorists, it does deal with the unknown [metal] that is threatening environment and people's consciousness.

Different approach, different style, different era, different time of production. Both series deal with methods of communication and alternative realities' effect on the real world, and their effect on society.
