Both Potraits the usage of Magic/Alchemy and the consequences of its usage/misusage, resulting in creaton of Homonculus in FMA and Demons in Strait Jacket with their own story and setting.
Both have the same style and alternate future.Usage of technology and alchemy/magic together makes sense between these series.They both use the same style of fantasy and sci-fi combination for story telling.Also both heroes(Reiot & Edward or can be thought as Tactical Sorcerers & Alchemists ) seeks salvation for their sins.

They're both very gory and involve quite abit of fighting. Strait Jacket is better though.

Within the first ten minutes or so of Strait Jacket I had the revelation that it was basically just Bubblegum Crisis from a different perspective. Sure each has it's nuances, but at the core they are the same. If you liked Strait Jacket, give a shot at a few episodes of Bubblegum Crisis and decide for yourself (or vice versa).

Both have the same violence level with a lot of mutilation, murder and blood, but without nudity. The graphs from are both very similar and very elaborated.

Blood, violence, monsters and potential monster- monster hunters. While i was watching strait jacket, i felt like watching Claymore all over again. Straith Jackets remind me of Claymores. They share the same atmosphere.

When I was watching it, the killing style reminded me of Elfen Lied. I think if you watch one, you'll love the other.

well.. if you like action, demons, magic, sci-fi and blood >_< ... i recommend this anime

Similar feeling because, if the users with the super power/magic have weak mental health or abusing the power to much, then they are turning into "demonics" or demons, which are similar. Both have pretty much gore and action too.
