A young nurse in a hospital is continually being tortured and raped by an insane doctor in very disgusting and demitting ways. That’s pretty much it. Although there actually is a story, it is presented in very vague ways. You must be aware of the story behind another hentai, titled Nightshift Nurses in order to get the full picture. This one-episode series is just a side story to the aforementioned title but offers no additional info or even an understandable plot. The characters in it are actually quite renowned but there are no attempts at developing or getting to know them here. The only thing you see are nurses being raped by sadistic men. Practically, it is one sex scene after another, with no scenario or characters at all. The few hints of the side story are what save this section from being just 1/10.

ART: 7/10 [Ok, there are very strange ups and downs in animation; so, I rate them separately.]
-The characters’ body figures were drawn very good. Nothing strange with them; I rate a 7.
-There were too many repeating frames during the sex scenes. You feel like watching every 3 seconds of animation repeating for 10 times. On the other hand the motion fluidity of the characters is very good. Medium animation; I rate a 6.
-Semen is depicted WAY too thick to look real. But that is a matter of taste; so I leave this without a mark.
-The camera angles are of epic quality. You get to watch the characters from many interesting angles that give you the feeling that there is a hidden cameraman somewhere around them. The “camera” moves back and forth, zooms in and out, makes you see through the characters’ eyes, helps you feel what they feel. There are even scenes where you watch the screen as if you play an h-game or watch through a videocamera… Artistically, it is the best thing I have ever seen! And I saw it in a hentai, nonetheless. I rate an 8, as this method is far better in the future productions of the same team.

SOUND: 6/10 [There are very strange ups and downs in sound too; so, I rate them separately as well.]
-The music themes boost a bit the insanity of the story. The ending song is nice to listen to. You hardly get atmospheric music in hentai; I rate a 7, as the future productions of the same team were generally better at this.
-Voices were ok. Nothing much but did their job well. I personally found the nurse’s voice too high-pitched to be likable. I rate a 7.
-Lip synch is awful! The characters speak with no coordination with their mouths; especially in sex scenes. Bad; I rate a 4.

VALUE & ENJOYMENT: 6/10 [It is nice as a mini sexual psychological thriller and bad as arousing porn.]
I prefer more casual forms of sex. Pissing and scatolagnia are not for me. All this insanity in the nurse’s face during the sex scenes was personally not that arousing. There is no story or developed characters. Off course, the sex was non-stop, so if you dig this sort of torture and find story and characters to be unnecessary, then you will like it far more.

VERDICT: 5/10
The accused is found … GUILTY! … And not for providing us with a sickening aspect of porn; I liked that. It’s the small duration that makes it unforgivable.
