Kyoufu no Bio Ningen Saishuu Kyoushi

Both are located in a school and involve conflicts between student delinquents who put themselves in unusual situations involving underwear. It has a somewhat scientific plot twist in both also.  

These hilarious parodies are very similar in their "everything AND the kitchen sink" approach to humor. In addition, all the characters are in on the joke, and seem to be having great fun even. That is probably because everyone involved with these two titles were having a blast. They also each have ultra powerful teenage girls who face bizarre opponents and situations with both fisticuffs and fancy.  

Sort of superpowers, strange humor and MC in Bio Ningen is somewhat close to Anabebe (or whatever his name is, I'm not sure it's possible to spell it correctly anyway).  

Strange and weird stuff happening. Super-strong girls and overall "what the hell was that!?" feeling from the audience.
