They both have similar animation, futuristic setting, a female main character, and both have androids (robots, bio-bots etc).

- Female MC with high-technology weapon (Magic Pistol for Karen / Power Suit for Vexille) - Set in cyberpunk/futuristic era - Main story about humans who live side by side with robots. Later comes the question of boundary between humanity & robots - Both anime also featuring "Resistance" group who want to be free from robot/android tyranny

Both CGI and both have a similar style in terms of plot and animation.

Similar cyberpunk settings and concepts. Ghost in the Shell tends to be more philosophical while Vexille is more action oriented.

Similar art/animation, both from Oxybot.

If you liked Biohazard: Degeneration, then you might like Vexille-2077. Although they differ somewhat in regards to genre. Both showcase an antagonistic global corporation that is flirting with catastrophe for profit. Also, both anime make good use of CG style animation, and have strong gun-toting heroines as central figures.
