Eventhough the story and main objective to these anime seem different there are many similar things to each. These anime are both mecha and action ,added ecchi, both have a kind of head strong main girl character, and i found the art style ,most of all ,to be very similar to each other

If you watched Kiddy Grade, you will be amazed by how much the characters from Uta Kata resemble the characters from KG(in the way they are drawn).Of course, the genre is other,no mecha, fighting or anything you would find in Kiddy Grade, maybe excepting the very close relation between the two girls.

Gadgets, guns, and girl power!
Both series feature beautiful, kick-ass heroines, fast-paced battle action, dangerous secrets, government conspiracies, and plots that keep you guessing from one episode to the next (in a GOOD way). Loved Éclair? Priss can deliver. Sylia on your wallpaper? Make room for little Lumière.
And don't forget the popcorn for those marathon sessions. ;D
