Two weird girls and him..... the same ecchi actions and ideas
well 2 different girls trying to get a guy. to me its similar but what ever i like them both. just watch.
Both are hilarious shows with two girls and one guy as the lead characters. Both are also a bit ecchi.

Both are made by the same studio and both have some similiar problems amongst the characters as afraid of men or woman "They also have a lot laughs"

Same style and very alike in the echii department. Only difference is that main character in Ninomiya-kun isn't a complete wuss :=)
There's a guy and a bunch of girls. Similar storyline. If you like one, odds are, you'll like the other.

school and vampire in both anime's
the two anime's have several things in common, such as supernatural beings, romance, action, and ecchi comedy, with a hint of mystery!
Very obvious similarities. Both have a "monster" theme to it. While Ninomiya-kun has quite a few succumbi/inccumbi, Rosario has a wider array of weird creatures. Also both involve a confusing harem situation, even though the "main" girls are pretty obvious for both. More importantly, both are extremely high on ecchi theme too.
They both have a lot of ecchi and if you like one, you'll probably like the other. The characters are also similar.

Both ecchi animes about two girls going after the same guy--one girl having a flat chest, the other one having big breasts, although Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun they have that down to a much more realistic size. The characters are overall quite similar, just with different attitudes. Plus, Kiriko looks surprizingly similar to Iori except without glasses.
Both series are supernatural ecchi 'unwanted harem' love comedies with boatloads of fanservice and a very similar sense of humour. Kanokon has animal spirits and Ninomiya-kun has succubi, but the only notable difference is actually the 'normal human' protagonists: helpless, hapless, jailbaity Kouta and battle-hardened high school warrior Ninomiya.

The artwork is very similar to each other, and the atmosphere resembles it's counterpart a lot.
Animation style is very similar and the character cast resemble each other. (They both have pink and blue haired color girls in each anime.)

A succubus girl who is afraid of men is forced to live with a boy.
Many things in Akane-iro remind of Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun (especially the parents in Akane-iro and the brother/sister in G-sama N-kun)

Both have two similar main female characters fighting for the male lead. Both school themed, and both are very funny.

because Mayu and Lala are like-like Aliens (maybe)

This Anime list like very perverted in a way, but is exspecially funny on how everything is being done. His sister (Ryōko Ninomiya) and Mayu's brother (Mikihiro Tsukimura) are very funny also. I recommend this anime too all the ones that love too see this kinda anime.
