Same style and very alike in the echii department. Only difference is that main character in Ninomiya-kun isn't a complete wuss :=)
school and vampire in both anime's
Two weird girls and him..... the same ecchi actions and ideas
Similar plot...
A succubus girl who is afraid of men is forced to live with a boy.
Many things in Akane-iro remind of Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun (especially the parents in Akane-iro and the brother/sister in G-sama N-kun)

The artwork is very similar to each other, and the atmosphere resembles it's counterpart a lot.
If you like To-LOVE-Ru then you should
check out Goshuushou-Sama Ninomiya-kun.
I think the anime is a little simalar
because Mayu and Lala are like-like Aliens (maybe)

Both series are supernatural ecchi 'unwanted harem' love comedies with boatloads of fanservice and a very similar sense of humour. Kanokon has animal spirits and Ninomiya-kun has succubi, but the only notable difference is actually the 'normal human' protagonists: helpless, hapless, jailbaity Kouta and battle-hardened high school warrior Ninomiya.
Both series have battle-hardened leading guys surrounded by an unwanted harem of boobtacular classmates/housemates. Lots of boobs, lots of fighting, lots of laughs.
Both series have supernatural characters, and in both relatives of the main female characters are trying to get the main female and male characters together
Two girs one with big boobs and another with nothing. the only difference is that the main one on goshuushou-sama is stronger while the other is a idiot
Both seem to have EVERY single girl in the show love the main character
These stories are, in fact, pretty much the same:
1.the male leading character has a memory loss caused by some sort of magic interference that occured when he was still a child;
2.there are two girls who share strong bonds with the protagonist since his childhood, yet HE is unaware of it, since he has no memories of that time left;
3.one of the girls is a demon-like creature with big, or rather, HUGE breasts;
4.the other one of the two girls is a tsundere and an only heir to their family business[though in OH it is demon exterminating, and in G-sama N-kun it's a financial corporation], which makes them serious and responsible ;
5.the protagonist has an important promice between him and th tsundere, which he cannot remember till almost very last episode;
6.the surrounding of the three consists of both normall humans and supernatural creatures;
7.of cource, ecchi/fanservice scenes, thousands of them.
The show GN is about shungo a martial artist in training who has to take care of Mayu a succubus. she has androphobia and is scared of most men besides shungo. he was given the task of taking care of her so she gets over her fear. it is like inukami because the main characters live with each other and fall in love with each other. both series the main characters met when they were younger.
These anime are extremely similar in the romance dept. A guy meets a girl that he quickly becomes friends with, and overcome many hardships together, including fending off other romance idols. The main females even LOOK the same. If you didn't know better, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
similar- ecchi , romance , school , harem , comedy
diference - story
Moe+Harem+Military

Asobi ni Iku yo has a nekomimi and a stronger military theme while Ninomiya-kun has a succubus theme.
Both protagonists have a fear of women due to their abuse from violent female family members. Their only cure of course is harem antics.
-Powerful protagonist
-Protagonist's sister is stronger
-Comedy
-Romance
mannnny Echii moments made me lmfao.
-Strong main character
-Comedy
-Harem
-Someone has a problem
* Hayate has a large debt.
* Mayu has androphobia
Both standard Harem. nothing new. Altho i find Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun much funner and with much better OP+ED songs.
This Anime list like very perverted in a way, but is exspecially funny on how everything is being done. His sister (Ryōko Ninomiya) and Mayu's brother (Mikihiro Tsukimura) are very funny also. I recommend this anime too all the ones that love too see this kinda anime.
Two Ecchi's.
Both have two similar main female characters fighting for the male lead. Both school themed, and both are very funny.

Besides both being Comedy-Romace animes. They both have a sci-fi like aspect to them; but the opposite way than the other. But, if you like one I'm sure you'll like the other.
Very alike in many ways. Similar characters and storyline will draw you in!
Both ecchi animes with cute girls, and a seemingly sweet storyline that starts to turn somewhat dark.
♫well first of all Hiiragi and Ninomiya look very similar, and are ordered around/shouted at by the leader of the student council♫
♫both might be pretty distant in terms of story, but if we look at the character profiles, we can always find pairs with the same personality in the two series♫

♫Night Wizard is a bit more battle-oriented than Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun but that is only apparent if we think about quality♫
♫both of these series are a slap-stick like comedy full of action a little intense drama and a strong subtle story line♫
♫each anime has a good plot that you can try to figure out for your self while still being presently surprised by the outcome♫

♫i strongly recommend each of these to anyone who is interested in the other♫
Both shows feature a protagonist who ends up caring for multiple girls with special powers at his home. Epic action scenes and comedic shenanigans ensue, but enough room is left for a reasonable plot and character development. If you appreciate good creative humor, and heartwarming romantic development, you will find it in both of these shows.
Both have a sadistic female lead that's flatchested contrasting with another bustier, clumsy female lead.
Random episodes mixed together with plot-filled episodes.
But Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun is more random and more ecchi, less funny than Gintama.
