Both are parodies of more serious franchises that take the characters from those franchises and puts them into a literal race against each other. 

Chibi parodies of 80's and 90's anime franchises that involve the characters racing against each other. 

Both are short parodies that take characters from 80's - 90's franchises and turns them into chibi forms. Althrough made by different studios, they have a similiart artstyle and character design of the chibi versions. 

Both of these parodies are done by AIC and Movic, the creators of the shows involved in the parodies (no connection otherwise). If you like super deformed characters, or just plain silliness, these shows are for you.
