Daiakuji - The Xena Buster Specials

I've reviewed this through reviewing the original Xena Buster since I got them all together.

This was definitely my favorite part of the story. I liked the culmination.

What to expect here...

Lead character was seen throughout the first XenaBuster and was the focus in the end of it. She becomes the main character here, as the tsundere loli character who's adapt at everything from bomb detonation to having a speed boat license. She's actually smarter and more knowledgeable than all the characters.

Here as you can see she's getting married. To actually the lead guy in the XenaBuster series who happens to be her "great-nephew" by his grandfather (her father's) decree.

Of course misadventures and mishaps happen with a great final scene which made me want to see an additional part if only to see more of the two new characters in the final scene. They were adorable.

It was a great ending for a fun story. I really liked Daiakuji as an anime and couldn't recommend it more. By the way it has great artwork, the storyline is funny with so much fanservice it's killer. Plus they liked playing off of all anime musts, tons of cliches. ^_^ read more
