in both series, each of the female characters has their own story arcs. the arcs for the kono aozora female characters are split into 2 parts while in amagami, there are 4 parts, though unlike kono aozora wherein one arc is a continuation from the previous one, the amagami version is more of a what-if scenario if the protagonist chose that heroine
It has a same arc episode like amagami ss
Dealing with girls, problems, and everyday life is not so easy. Both Amagami SS and Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku o features separate arcs featuring a different character whom the main protagonist tries to help. Drama and romance are imminent as the story arcs for both series drags on.

a guy and a group of girls living in a single dormitory.. plus shinobu maehara and shizu fujimura both ran away from home and moved in a dormitory due to a domestic turmoil. kono aozora is the drama version, and focuses on the male lead's brother-sister relationship to the female leads while love hina is more on comedy
Similarities:
Both are set in a Dormitory.
Both have the same Harem and romance genre.
Both muchachos are gentlemen.
Both muchachos have someone in their harem whom they don't wanna mess with.
Both have one member of the harem who's older than the muchacho.
Dissimilarities:
One has an extra ecchi, slice of life, shonuen and comedy gernre, while the other has a school genre.
In LH nearly every members of the harem has feelings for the muchacho, while in KAY the muchacho maintains a kind of brother and sisters relationship with his harem.
LH has a couple of OVA's and special episode added, while in KAY it is only limited to 13 episodes.
In LH the muchacho has a happy ending with one of the members of the harem, while in KAY the muchacho never ended up with any of the members of the harem but, he is still in touch with one of them.
LH is purely comedy, while KAY is more on the dramatic side.

Very similar content...hard to say...
just a similar love story
umi hayama and konoe nanami both loves to tend to their vegetables, and are childhood friends with the male leads plus both male leads kenji tomosaka and wataru hoshino have one senpai each: tae isawa and naoko asakura, and are both student council presidents, although tae isawa is the good-tempered version while naoko is the strict version

both series are set at an island somewhere off japan. the difference though is that the island setting of kono aozora is more urban as opposed to the primitive island in nagasarete

These two animes are very similar in the genre and flow of the series in my opinion. The artwork also are similar and was the first thing I thought of when I saw this series. Recommended if you liked this series.

a group of girls plus one guy and a homeroom teacher living together under one roof. the difference though is kono aozora is the drama version while koi koi 7 is the comedy version

Both are harems about a single guy and several girls, all students. the primary difference is that kono aozora is the drama and serious version, focusing on the past lives of the female characters, and the female characters all has a sibling relationship with the male lead(wataru) while mahoraba is the comic version, and all the female characters are seemingly attracted to the male lead (ryushi)

|
|
They both explain the past life of each girl's life and their current situation.

Well for starters the same guy does the voice acting for the male lead. Male lead is in a wonderful harem situation-truely was jealous. Naoko Asakura is the student council president, and got a pretty similar personality to Tomoyo, both are extremely cute as well. Umi and Nagisa are alot alike as well. Wouldnt rate it as highly as clannad but was certainly worth the watch.

|
The story is actually similar, which the male lead met many different cute girls and coincidentally live with them.
