Everything starts off cute and girly, then an accident happens where the main character discovers that she's a special person related to supernatural and non-human events, but makes new friends and starts to live their new lives as normal, and then the dark plot twist happens

It is basically the same thing just without a soul eater flare to it. There is no over arcing plot. Just a group of cute moe girls doing whatever each episode. If Soul Eater Not was made the same time K-ON was made, it would have been very popular but it's not. And to be honest it feels out of place with the rest of line in the spring season. But as I digress, if you really like Soul Eater Not then K-On is right for you and vice versa

WWW.Working!!!? and Soul Eater NOT! are both spin-offs, and work in the way that they can stand alone without the viewer watching their original story/anime (Working! and Soul Eater, respectively) and yet, could still be understand what was going on.

I get the same feeling watching both even though the settings and plots are different. They both have cute girls enrolled in a special school who are making friends and being carefree (for the most part). And both shows have a few serious/sad moments but overall they are lighthearted, fun, and easy to watch.

i think that soul eater NOT! is similar to RWBY, in terms of vibes, story and the main characters also only being girls, ( plus Haruka is a lot like Ruby and Anya is a lot like Weiss )

Both stories are about a group of girl friends at a school for people with special abilities. They are also softer adaptions of their more serious parent stories. My whole time watching this series I couldn't help but think back to A Certain Scientific Railgun so if you enjoyed Soul Eater NOT! you'll definitely enjoy the latter.

Both anime contains exceptional animation. Both anime features the main characters being able to turn part of their bodies into weapons.

Both are spin-offs of parent anime (Fate/stay night/Soul Eater) with cute girls doing cute things...and fighting. While Soul Eater Not have girls changing into weapons, Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya 2wei is mahou-shoujo.

The main character from both series want to be like their senpai. Akari to Aria and Tsugumi to Maka. Both taking place in a school setting. Soul Eater NOT has supernatural events while Aria AA does not. There is something special about the main character. Aria and Maka see's potential in Akari and Tsugumi. Akari/Tsugumi makes friends who help her out.m The anime is a side/spin off of the original manga. The original characters make an appearance to help out once in a while.

They may have different premise but both series give off a similar vibe when it comes to magical and supernatural elements. The main female character gets herself involved with various events that brings about the full potential of her abilities. At the same time, they are easily able to make friends with others and develop meaningful relationships with them. Expect action, comedy, and some bits of emotional factors during various episodes. Other characters also influence the stories with their roles either directly or indirectly. I recommend both series for anyone interested in a magical academy with all sort of charming wonders with its characters.

Both are comedies about cute girls and their friendship with another girls. In both, the girls are figting with weapons, but while in Girls und Panzer it´s tanks, in Soul Eater NOT it´s partners changing in weaons.

Both are comedies about cute girls doing cute things, friendship etc. While Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu Ka is slice of life, Soul Eater NOT is more action.
