Well they some similarities, ouran is about a girl pretending to be a guy to pay off his debt to the host club and tenshi na konamaiki is about a boy who got turned into a girl by magic.both heroine got some idiotic guys fallen in love with them making even more idiotic things...
they are both really fun to watch, so if you liked one of these you will also like the other one!

Both have a guy/girl main character and have a focus on martial arts. they also have a major romance and plot twist. ranma is also interesting since it has a panda. watch it and see what i mean. :)

Also deals with gender issues about a man trying to pass as woman. The plot revolves around high school life and has a delicate comedy / drama mix without slipping into perversion (as one could judge from synopsis).
