The story involves two pairs of teenage elder sister and younger brother, the Shinmoto's who are a bit narcissistic and the Saitou's who look a bit mysterious. It follows their everyday life in school and at home.

A short anime about a realistic group of people and their interactions with each other.

Story: 6
The story follows two groups of siblings, the Saitou siblings and the Shinmoto siblings. The older sisters are best friends and so are the younger brothers, but everyone is in good relationship with each other. Their isn't much of a story since each episode is approximitely four minutes long, but the short stories are very enjoyable and actually quite entertaining to watch.

Art: 9
This is the thing that stands out the most with this series, the art style. It is quite unique and uses very bright colors as read more

"He's addicted to net games, so we go on dates online!" - Kohara Shiyo

I've had this anime on my list for a while now so yesterday I decided to start watching it. As a fan of short episode anime anyway, I was not disappointed at all.

[Story (8/10)] : As I said above, I had watched a couple of s.e.a (short episode anime) before starting this such as: Aiura, Chitose Get You and currently Onee-chan Ga-Kita! and this was by far the best in terms of story.

Now I wasn't for looking for any sort of continuity between the episodes at all because they're not meant to read more

As a 4-minute-per-episode short anime, Super Seishun Brothers certainly fulfills the saying ‘good things come in small packages’.

2013 saw a number of good shorts so far, and I was spoiled by the likes of Senyuu and Ketsuekigata-kun. However, despite being up against pretty stiff competition, Super Seishun managed to hold its own.

While having a good plot is always appreciated, there are times when you don’t really need one. That was the case with Super Seishun. As per the opening of episode one, “The older sisters are best friends. The younger brothers are best friends. And between these similar siblings, existed a strange relationship”. The series read more

A cute slice of life mini-series revolving around the friendships of 2 pairs of siblings.

I honestly thought that I would hate this Anime because the storyline seemed so random at first but it was absolutely fantastic!
The storyline is very real & relatable (relatable in the sense of friendship & love).
Super Seiyun Brothers is one of those Animes that you'll enjoy watching in a laid back manner.

The animation is pretty smooth & not choppy with the cuts from scene to scene.
The art is very nice, At first the eye coloring bothered me but you get used to it & see it as a norm. kind read more

Both anime are very short episodes about siblings. Super Seisyun Brothers is more extensive though.i
Romantic comedies with short episodes and similar animation style.
A short comedy series focusing on the relationships between the brothers and sisters. Though Super Seisyun Brothers has four main cast who are blood related siblings and has some funny interacting dialogue. Onee-chan ga Kita focuses on non-blood related siblings where the sister loves her brother really much.
There are hints of romance in both of them, and they are just as sweet and adorable and hilarious.
Both stories revolve around a sibling relationship with the eldest being female, and the youngest male. The difference is Recorder to Randoseru circles around one pair of siblings, and the young brother (11 yrs old) is much bigger and most people assume he is the eldest compared to his sister (17 yrs old). Anyway both stories are short, and share a comedy experience of the character's daily lives.
Both feature sibling relations, although SSB is just a slice of life, CSS is a more moe, wincest oriented anime. Runtimes are also both low.
