Onkyo Seimeitai Noiseman

Superflat Monogram and Noiseman hide short but cohesive stories behind visuals that seem like the brainchildren of kids on acid; that is, they are both flamboyantly cute yet head-spinningly surreal. The music they employ is chaotic with samplings from nearly every imaginable musical instrument between them, but the masterful way they are integrated with the animation, kicking beats in right when things get exciting, makes these films feel like very polished music videos.

Onkyo Seimeitai Noiseman and ClassicalLoid are anime that focus on the power of music and those who wish to take it away. Both shows are colorful and charming. 

Both are very good short movies, both are good characters and visuals, both have surreal and dark atmospheres, psychedelic.  

Redline and Noiseman Sound Insect have their strengths in the same areas. They depict colorfully detailed futuristic cities, they're hyper kinetic even in their "slow" portions, and they combine frantic visuals and sound to create consequential and climactic action.
