Hataraku Maou-sama! and Yuusha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku wo Ketsui Shimashita (Yuushibu for short) not only have similar starting settings but also have the same comical scenario: Comedy at the workplace. By making the demons work in a regular store (McRonalds in Hataraku Maou-sama and Lawson's in Yuushibu) and assimilating to the workplace, both shows create hilarious comedy. In Maoyuu's case, from adapting too well to climbing the corporate ladder and penny pinching and in Fino's case, from lacking common sense and etiquette and scaring customers.

Both about a hero, a hero training academy, and a demon lord's sexy yet slightly airheaded daughted. The resemblance is uncanny.

100% the same, storywise, character wise, and amazingly ecchi. Heroes and demon lords, heroes who don't want to be heroes, demon lords who just want to live a normal life, fanservice and people who want to destroy this everyday life.

Both main characters are a hero who tried to defeat the demon lord; but end up having to work with a female demon lord instead. Also both anime point out how people profit from the war with the demons; and how these people will prevent the war from ending (even if they can) and even try to bring back the war so they can make profit by selling weapons etc. Also both anime contain some comedy and ecchi. Difference is that Maoyuu takes place in a medieval low fantasy world while Yuushibu has a magipunk setting. Also in Maoyuu the demon lord is the smartest of the  read more

Otakuish main characters who find a job, somehow; similar type of fantasy, comedy and ecchi. Yuushibu takes place in a "contemporary" magical world with demons, while Outbreak Company goes medieval with elves and others magical creatures.

Similarities - Both MCs are/were heroes - Both MCs leave the hero party and pursue a quiet life - Both MCs open up a business - Weird strange of events occur at this new business and MC has to adapt Differences - hero's party MC is kicked out of the party VS Yuusha ni MC finishes his hero duties - MC in hero's party runs an apothecary VS MC in Yuusha ni runs an consumer electronics store

Loads of ecchi, big boobs, demon girls, magic. Pretty much the same. Though in DxD the main guy is a pervert.

Main female character of Yuushibu and Renai Boukun are similar to each other that are soft-headed girl and amusing.

The characters look like a carbon copy but without the ear. It's a Similar genre, and both shows are very colorful.

Sure, one of these R rate ecchi almost harem romance and the other is family friendly fluffy ball of cuteness but... MC adventurer takes care of demon/devil girl and doesn`t really adventure. Both are basically slice of life in fantasy setting.

Both have a powerful demon as female main character that lost momentaneously a lot of her powers or doesn't use them, but instead go to work, living with humans.

If you liked or hated Yuusha ni, you will enjoy Tower of druaga, On tower of druaga episode 1 is not a real episode, story really starts on episode 2. Tower of druaga is a parody adventure anime to defeat a dragon. Let me tell you why these are similar, On yuusha ni they were supposed to do something like they do on druaga well sort of, like defeating monsters, they have a clearing group on both. Yuusha ni for me is a 5 and Tower of druaga is an 8. I did a review on yuusha ni, well basically yuusha ni is what would  read more

These two anime feature a main male character with dark hair, and a female main character with white hair. One of these two joins the main setting of the stories, the workplace, and the other is tasked with teaching them what to do. These anime are mainly about how the two characters grow closer together and change thanks to each other. There are also other female characters in both series that may or may not have feelings for the main male character. While Plastic Memories has more romance while Yuushibu is filled with fanservice, both are enjoyable watches.

Yuusha ni Narenkatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku wo Ketsui Shimashita (aka YuSibu) & Ro-Kyu-Bu! are similar in which the main character is given a task in which at start he/she is reluctant to accept but after some persuasion finally agrees to help. The MC in both animes takes it as his/her duty to help one or multiple people over the multiple obstacles that they face. At times when the going gets tough the MC gets tougher and shows that he/she has the determination to see his work to the end and that his responsibility is fulfilled.

A magical world and demons living in the ordinary world? Yes that's right both these animes have this kind of setting with lots of comedy, great characters and a nice pacing!

Romance anime with economy on the side. While Spice and Wolf focuses more on romance and trading, Yuushibu focuses on comedy/ecchi and retail.

Servant x Service and Yuusha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku wo Ketsui Shimashita (Yuushibu for short) both try to capitalize on comedy at the workplace. While Servant x Service focuses on the government office and the irritating everyday occurrences from being civil servants and repetition of it all, Yuushibu takes the hum-drum repetitive daily life of a retail clerk and throws in comical scenarios from the foreignness of it all to a demon adapting to regular life.

Both feature humour involving people working in a shop. Yuusha has a demon lord's daughter and is set in an Electric store, while Working!! is set in a family restaurant.

Creative incorporation of ecchi in both.

Raul and Fino reminds me so much of Yuuta and Rikka. Raul acts retorting and chastising to Fino; much like how Yuuta retorts to Rikka whenever she goes on her chuunibyou.

I couldn't think of a better recommendation. These shows are ecchi, with similar joke styles, art styles etc. Furthermore the main female character is a demon, and the main male characters are surrounded by pretty girls.
