Synopsis

Hagino Yuzuru is a normal high school student attending Houjou academy. There is a special course within the school called the Kuge course for the rich. Only students with a flower name within their name can enrol in the program. There is a "Honey system" where the special student chooses a normal student as his "honey." This relationship is like a master and honey. In return for being a "honey" the master pays all of the "honey's" tuition and must obey all commands. Hagino Yuzuru gets involved with Renge Kai, one of the special students, and it could be a big mistake for Yuzuru.

Every anime is a small miracle. Except for this one. This is the opposite of a miracle.

Consider the hours upon hours of work it takes to create something like this. Art, animation, sound, writing, distribution, it all takes a lot of effort on the part of many people for something like this to take form. So why, why, WHY would these talented individuals waste their effort on this...thing?

Let's break this down. The setting is a school where girls go to serve as "honeys" that service the male students. This essentially means they're slaves. The main character, Yuzuru, is read more

I somehow managed to stumble upon this anime while wandering MAL. I haven't seen much common, cute, lovey-dovey romance in a while, so I was like 'heck, one hour of sweet romance would be enough for now'. Now I say, I should've used my precious time for something that actually has a point. This anime... is disappointing to core.

~Story~ (1)
Considering there actually IS a plot, you may say the rating shoud've been larger. But it isn't. Why? Because this plot you read in the description of the anime, is nothing more, but something being made so there could be some sexual harassment in the anime, read more

You know the top reviews of this two part OVA say... "don't watch it" -- well, if you were thinking of ignoring them and watching it anyway just because it sounds interesting... DON'T DO IT!!! Because that's what I did, because I figured it can't be that bad, I'm bored so I'll watch it anyway and geez..............

It was offensive, ridiculous, and mind-numbingly lame. The main guy is the guy who voiced Hikaru in Ouran, which I liked him for... and I liked his voice in this too, except that there is something mentally wrong with his character's personality. He seems a bit deranged, trusts no read more

This practically is one for worst Shoujo Anime I have ever watched. Kai Renge in all his male glory is the epitome of masculinity. But he is also the male main character who's mean and nice to the female main character at the same time. Talk about bipolar. Well, we all know this type of character has issues but we don't see any light on that based on the 2-episode OVA. Let me try the manga for ya but that's for later. The female character on the other hand is someone I would love to strangle without remorse and not because I'm jealous. Okay, I read more

Okay for some strange reason when i read the description for Kyou for some strange reason my mind thought Mitsu x Mitsu Drops I suggest reading the manga for Kyou first before ever watching it bc it makes more sense if u do. But I did enjoy both OVA's and both of them i wish there was more for. Like making a full TV series for both of them would be nice.

Both of the Main male characters act like they dont care about the main female but yet will protect them the second she is in trouble. Both romantic. Although Itazura na Kiss is so much more longer then Mitsu x Mitsu Drops but still good.

In both of the stories the guys are complete douche bags. I would not call these crazy abusive rape concepts a romance...that's twisted. The girls are wimpy and submissive. Both are short so you wont hate yourself for watching them.

Both have overly bi polar male leads.

Okay, if you saw and liked Mitsu x Mitsu Drops, I suggest you watch Maid-Sama!, but I would not recommend Mitsu x Mitsu Drops to anyone (so if you saw and liked Maid-Sama!, ignore this recommendation).

Both have:
-A focus on relationships
-Romance (it's different for each)
-A relationship that feels somewhat forced

The difference is that in Maid-Sama, the romance feels genuine, whereas in MxMD, the romance feels forced. Also, Maid-Sama! is a funny comedy, whereas MxMD is a terrible drama.

Both of these two anime contain raging misogyny in the finest, including scene of fighting over the girl in one way or another and sexual assault. If you enjoy a weak female lead and accredit abuse and sexual assault as love then both of these anime have something for you.
