Rescue Me! is a single episode borderline-hentai OVA (meaning it shows everything except genitalia). The story is about as simple as you can get for an ecchi show: an average high school boy is surrounded by a harem of girls (well, one isn't actually after him aside from wanting to slit his throat).
The girls each fit into a specific archetype and aren't very creative (not saying they're necessarily bad, though):
- Busty female lead who takes care of the protagonist as his maid
- Underclassman who looks up to the previously mentioned busty girl
- Younger girl with a flat chest who calls the protagonist read more

If you want to enjoy Rescue Me!, take it for what it is. It's a combination of ecchi and comedy, and remains that way from beginning to end. Hell, even DURING the sex scenes there's elements of comedy. Watch it because you like tits and sexual humour.

There's not really much of a story, the whole thing is pretty random. Similarly, the jokes are also very random, nonsensical and most of all, sexual. At the end of the day they're a matter of personal preference, but at least you know what to expect.

It's only a one episode OVA so don't expect much character development, especially read more

First I should point out: This is something for those who are just in it for the ecchi and comedy. Anyone one else might as well GTFO lol.

From an Ecchi perspective- This OVA was a decent watch, Boobies everywhere, Harem being forced upon a guy, stuff like that.

The story for it isn't really a romantic one, nor a particularly good one, but more like something that was haphazard. I wouldn't say random however. In the end it did make sense which is where it should matter if you're in it for the ecchi. (I mean come on, even if you're only in it read more

Story: (6/10) Typical harem plot, tons of girls for one guy, doing/thinking of ecchi stuff, tons of nudity anywhere, obviously for *** purposes only. Some of the comedy scenes were good though.

Art/Animation: (7/10) Moe girls with your typical ecchi-type bodies. ANND obviously, for *** purposes only. It really does great for being a *** material though.

Sound: (4/10) Huh? There was music in this anime? AHHH! I know, the voices the girls make when they imagine lewd things!

Character: (8/10) At least the characters were fun to watch.... if you know what I mean.

Personal Enjoyment: (8/10) Fun to watch, believe me, if you know what I mean.

Overall: read more

Recommendations

Similarities:
- A guy surrounded by a harem of girls
- The girls are each different and fit into different archetypes
- The main characters are alone on a beach/island setting

Differences:
- Rescue Me! is borderline-H while 15 Bishoujo is a hentai
Similar little story about how a girl tries to charm a boy desperately.
Both are ecchi harems about a boy and his sexual experiences with a harem of women.
Both are ecchi about a boy and his harem of women trying to bone him and acting out lewd and raunchy fantasies. Panty shots ensue.
